I have been using Alpha Traders recently been good but I haven't placed any redraw so can't claim anything pray they still keep up the good work

they are pure scammers not gonna pay you if you make good returns I traded for 1.5 month on 10k account passing it and making 24% return of 2393 dollars on my account with following all the rules and trade score of 30% but still they rejected my payout by giving fake reasons they blamed me for tick scalping in 2 trades which was stoploss hit under a minute in gold in new york session which is normal and the stoploss was 20 and 30 pips and the target was 200 and 250 pips. they have no minimum holding period for trade and i don't have single trade which was close in profit under a minute for 10 20 pips which is tick scalping this reasons is just made up by them. Second reason they gave is martingle they treated a part of my position which was closed in loss but the rest is closed in profit as a seperate position to make excuse i have 0.27 , 0.01,0.01 lot 3 positions open in one trade the 2 0.01 lot i added in profit when i got the margin then the last position closed in 3 dollars loss but the entire trade closed in 300 dollars profit they said the last position closed in 3 dollar loss i.e 0.01 lot and the next trade i opened is 0.28 lot which closed in profit of 250 dollars so its martingle of 28x thats totally false and i explained everything to thier internal risk team to their support as well but they just send me the same email again then didn't respond then i asked to their discord support they kicked me out of discord i uploaded all the evidence on twitter @TraderEgo_ check out so they banned my login and then they respond to my previos review to contact support but thier support is not responding i spent my 1.5 month through pressure and stress handeling market volitality making it to 24% return just to get some fake excuses to reject my payout for which i spent my 1.5 month I am frustated this was huge for me but the firm just don't want to pay out profitable traders pure scam

The Most Unprofessional People Ever

I was needing help to get into my account and I wasn't at home and they kept saying they were sending me emails. I wasn't getting any of the emails. I told the guy I didn't have an ID on me at the moment and he went on to belittle me and be a complete jerk about it. He then asked for my address and he was like I assume that you know that by heart correct. He was just a complete unprofessional jerk. His name was Adam. He was of no help. If I can add a picture here of the conversation I will. On top of that, he kept calling me Ma'am, which clearly he could see my name, and I corrected him multiple times. That is so disrespectful.

I put in the work and followed every rulle and so when I finally asked for my payout, I couldn't believe they rejected it with excuses that didn't make any sense. I sent them all the proof I had, but support just stopped replying. And when I tried asking again, they completely ignored me. I am happy with my progress on centüry 100. They stay true to their words and process withdrawal promptly.

Adam was a huge help quick and simple. I messed up and used the wrong email during the Black Friday rush, but he found my purchase fast af and assured me it wouldn’t affect anything. I noticed the issue on Thanksgiving, so live chat wasn’t available, and people on Discord were being rude even though support people have families. Colonel the mod also kept everyone updated.

I am on my second phase with Alpha trader firm now and it's been a great and smooth trading experience, hopefully will pass to funded and get some good payout...the only thing I would love the firm to work on is the news trading on evaluation phase, I think all trades should be given opportunity to trade at any time and maybe funded stafe should be main focus...thank you Alpha

Please stay warned pay out is not possible here through out my funded stage trade locker was freezed so that I could blow my account since they made sure I was not in control of my positions, the momement I got to funded stage there was a tradelocker outage , I couldnt close trades and some times couldn't set a stop loss or take profit.
This happened on a very volatile day and I even took screenshots of rhis scenario.
I am branding them as 5 star liars.

I contacted them and they promised a reset but after deleting negative review they all went silent.

They flagged my review so here I go again lol. My account was taken for a reason I don’t understand yet. They make up fake rules as they go. I was up $2000 when my account was taken only to be offered a brand new start? Please stay away from this prop firm. Not telling you where to go because these cockroaches will flag it. Please go elsewhere!

I think everything this firm is doing keeps you from screwing over your account and maintaining a steady and profitable trading habits. The discord will mock you and ban you if you ask questions. There was a serious concern and their response on discord was "if you don't like it go somewhere else" something like that. 30% consistency rule even tho they claim they dont have a consistency rule, insane. There was a question about some weird IP location rule that doesn't exist on other firms, that says if your IP location moves out of your city or state they don't have to pay you because they can claim you are using a VPN, so you have to email them your travel documents every time you travel out of town. They told me I needed to give them my work contracts that show I have business out if town, with sensitive information about other businesses. Every time I drive out of town. That's insane I told them they're not getting it. They don't have rules clearly defined, they make up rules on the spot and then can not pay you based on a violation of a rule that wasn't even written down. They don't write down their spreads, and you can click a button and have a $800 trading fee for a spread that wasn't written down. Every other firm writes it down. This is a bad firm, communication is bad. Unprofessional. I passed the exam and was fully funded and went to the bank to get a refund because they were giving me the impression that no matter what I did they were going to con me and not pay me. Even if it is a legit firm the way they act gives you the impression they're a complete scam. Stay away.
