I ordered 6 out door rattan swivel patio chairs. None of the first 4 holes line dup to even get the first step of attaching a seat to the arm frame. I have called the number on the box for customer service now for 48 hours and it is just busy. They respond to emails once a day about 5am in the morning and give no helpful information I am about to dispute this charge with my credit card company these guys are a joke

Purchased the furniture, came as described, had problem with one rocking chair bracket supports were missing. Contacted customer service "Yvonne" was very helpful and sent me the missing brackets immediately. Was fully made aware of status of shipment and within week was able to enjoy our new patio furniture. Looks great, assembly fully detailed to make everything fit perfectly. Would recommend to friends and family to get.

Super happy, bought a patio umbrella and absolutely love it. Better than that was I had one question and e-mailed the company and got a quick response from Yvonne, customer service and was impressed how she handled the question. Will definitely be a repeat customer

The ordering process was very easy to complete. The customer service team was awesome they kept me in the loop regarding two out of stock items from my order. In the end I decided to cancel the order because I needed the set before the items were in stock. My credit was processed and received the same day! Practically unheard of. I will do business with this company in the future. Thank you so much!

It is natural for anybody to check the 1-star review first. These are usually written by unhappy, frustrated customers who have received a defective product and have no support from the company or the seller. This unhappy experience is always the result of two factors: one is the defective product and the second, more important, is an impersonal or even non-existent support from the seller. I ordered two pieces of patio furniture, one package came with a problem. The response I received from Alpha Mart was immediate, supportive, and with a genuine personal touch which clearly resulted in a satisfactory solution, a happy customer and a 5-star rating. I will order again from Alpha Mart. Thank you Anna, Tiffany and the valuable supporting team.

The handle on an 8" pan got too close to the gas burner flame and was singed. I contacted product support asking for a replacement handle. They did much better. They send me a new replacement pan! Wonderful product support.

Shipped out 2 replacement parts for patio furniture damaged items quickly and satisfactory. Would recommend!!

Service, Fast resolve to a defect in manufacture. Went above and beyond sending me a replacement chair. They honor there word on warranty. I would definite recommend them.

We recently purchased a new outdoor table. When assembling the legs one of the screws became striped. I asked Alphamarts for a replacement, and they quickly responded and fulfilled my request.

I ordered the Phi Villa 7 piece set. To my surprise it was not too difficult to put together. I had one hiccup. I notified the company that I was given two D frames when I needed a C frame. They sent me the piece I needed within five days and now my backyard oasis is complete. Awesome! Thank you so much for making the process so easy for me. This set is beautiful. Worth every penny!

We had a small issue that was resolved quickly. The umbrella was easy to assemble and works well.

I ordered a Captiva Grill on Amazon. It had exactly the size and features I wanted. When it arrived the lid was dented. The enclosed instructions included a phone number and an email address for questions or concerns. They replied very promptly and send a new lid which arrived in perfect shape.

I purchased a triple umbrella, and the canopy was too large. Customer Service pointed me to the adaptors right away. Excellent service. Thank you.

We purchased 6 patio chairs in 2023. We put together four chairs last year, but we did not assemble the final two. I was certain all the parts were included, but while attempting to put the last two chairs together in May 2024 i realized that a crucial part was missing. I contacted Alphamarts.com and customer service was quick to respond and rectify the issue. The chairs are great, and the customer service was amazing.

We received our table and 8 chairs in great condition even though they arrived 3 days later than expected.
Once the first chair was assembled, the process became like an assembly line. The only hitch was that 3 of the chairs of the base bolt holes didn’t align so I had to email for support. Once I was told to loosen the factory installed bolts they thankfully aligned perfectly.
My only suggestion would be to include in the instructions how to do this to avoid delaying the assembly. However, I am very impressed with the speed of support with the solution easily provided.
Great quality, beautiful set that fit perfectly with our other patio furniture and the chairs are comfortable!

I purchased Alyne Metal Outdoor Stool (Set of 2) by Lark Manor™. I already had a set of two and loved the feel and the look of the stools. One of the new stools had a damaged leg support. Upon contacting the company, I was immediately sent a replacement part. Now I have a bar table with 4 awesome looking tall bar stools.

My experience was the best. The service was prompt. I received my replacement parts within 2-3 days. It was everything that I needed replaced. The customer service was excellent. The turn over time was immediately. Thank you. I love my Gazebo.

Pieces are missing and Alpha Mart refuses to send the parts. Said they do not have them in stock, but the item is still available to order so they obviously have the parts. I would give a minus rating if it was available

Carport came with missing parts and damaged but it was a delivery issue and company took care of it and was quick to respond. They back their products.very pleased with carport .

This is my experience with customer support for a patio dining set. The product is exceptional but the customer service experience was even more exceptional for these days and times where no one cares. The customer service team answered my emails and took ownership of the problem faster than I've ever experienced. They deserve the 5 stars plus more for their help!!
These are the details:
Received our 7 piece patio dining set, table and 6 chairs, and proceeded to put it together. Out of the many bolts/bolt holes, one hole was partially blocked internally on one of the left arms of a chair where the bolt would not go all the way in. I contacted Alphamarts customer service who immediately returned my email. When I explained what the problem was, and through a couple more emails for details, they quickly got the process of sending me a whole left arm assembly. I applaud them for being one of the best!
