The support team is very friendly and the system is good. However, I do want to make a complaint regarding the withdrawal policy. If I have made over $5,000 in profit and the EOD drawdown is now at break-even of the account value, I believe I should be able to withdraw all of the profits.
I understand that doing so could result in losing the account, and I accept that risk. However, it should not be mandatory for me to keep 50% of the profits in the account. If I want to withdraw everything and risk blowing the account afterward, I should be allowed to do so.
Apart from that, everything else has been smooth.
