I have already given you feedback on my last experience. Previous trips have been fine. On this trip to Europe the download did not work. Your staff cancelled it and downloaded another 30 days package. In the entire trip it did not work. No minutes were registered as used. So it was a wasted purchase.

This was a great experience; I loaded my esim onto my phone ahead of travel. It activated automatically when I arrived, just as promised. The free phone number through Hushed came in very very handy when my flight was unexpectedly cancelled, and I had to rearrange my reservations in the states.

Traveling in Taiwan a d South Korea. Bought Asia esim, tried everything as by book and it does not work in Taiwan. Will try again in Korea, but have no expectations. Bought new Taiwan only esim and it works.
It looks I wasted money for Asia card.
