I had ordered a striped tank top that looked amazing in the picture. What I got was a sleeveless t-shirt that was poorly made and the stripes didn't even line up where it was stitched together. And the stripe pattern as well as the colors were not the same as the advertisement. I got a 2 dollar shirt for 36 dollars. BEWARE OF THIS SITE!

This site is a total scam. I ordered one item, received an order confirmation, but not an order number or tracking number. My credit card was charged the same day. The item never arrived, and the company claimed they never received my order. The email exchanges were probably AI generated, as the emails always said the exact same thing. I was not able to find a "real" person.
The selection and prices on apparel that I didn't know I needed until I needed it were great! I would have given this a 4 star rating, but there was limited information on when my order would be processed and shipped. I am still waiting for that confirmation.
I would not give this place any stars if it was an option. COMPLETE SCAM! Never received my refund. Nor did they show any compassion for the delay. Last minute decided to email me stating the product was out of stock. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This store should be banned from any sales to anyone.
Huge SCAM! This Hong Kong based firm claims to have a return policy but won't return emails and when they finally did said it would cost to much to send the article I bought back and wanted to know if I would take a credit to buy more from them!! The article received was one of the cheapest, low quality, material I have ever seen.
Very professional and great customer support
I ordered swim trunks for a gift 1/24/25. As of 2/20/25 I had not received the order. They have no confirmation number on their receipt. After contacting them via email, which is the only way to correspond, I was told the swimsuit had shipped. After 4 weeks, I no longer needed the gift. Sent multiple additional emails, inquiring on how to return item, with no response. Terrible communication. No return info on website. Don't use this company.
I was happy to be able to see some unusual color choices. I would love to have found a Paisley long sleeve polo for my husband.
Avoid at all costs. The company is in China. I thought Hawaiian clothing, must be us based. No.
I asked to cancel the order and they sweet talked me into keeping the order with the promise of a $30 coupon code.
The order came, it did. But not as depicted. I ordered two graphic sleeveless shirts. They were cheap silk screened jersey material.
Coupon code never worked, asked about it in the email, got no response.
Shady, dishonest.
Total Scam!! Company is not legit...stealing from their customers. I got double charged for one order which they sent almost a duplicate order with a couple minor differences. They refused to refund the second shipment even though they knew I did not request it! And they only asked that I give a good review. WTF?!?!
I have no idea how good the shirt quality is, because as of today 2/16/25, it still hasn’t shipped and I ordered the shirt on 1/25/25. I’ve emailed them 3 times and each time, this is the exact response I get back, “Your order has been designed well and is in manufacture process now. The customized item usually needs 4-9 days to prepare before we can ship the product.” Don’t expect any good customer service, or timely delivery of your order.
It was simple to order and pay online, the process was simple & easy, I really appreciated the "discount" emails to encourage me to purchase it made my decision so much easier
