This is scam. I ordered dresses and it was processed successfully. They got my money and kept saying product is out of stock and asked me to wait until shipping confirmed. I wait for 1 month and didn’t see any feedback. I emailed and asked they told me to choose the ugly dresses they had. I don’t like and ask for money back in about 2 months after order was submitted. They kept silence until I filed a dispute to PayPal. Then they shipped me only 1 dress. They asked me to remove dispute then they will ship 2 other dresses. I closed the dispute and they don’t reply and don’t confirm when they will ship me 2 dresses. It has been back and forth in about 1 year until now. Do not buy any product from this website. It is scam. I will request a dispute to PayPal again.

Bad i ordered two dress and only received one and have not received my refund for the other dress $89.95 i guess that how you treat your customer.

If i could give zero stars I would. Was promised a refund from these crooks in July, its now almost the end of September and after what feels like a million emails still no sign of it, excuse after excuse (sometimes even repeating the same one) !! Outright theft, do not use this company

The support staff specially Yony is very helpful. They promptly attended to my complaint and resolved it.

Absolutely shocking. The dress was rubbish and I can’t get my money returned. 30 odd emails sent and it’s the same response “we apologise but” they bargain with you from 10% of your money back and you can keep your garment because it will be expensive to return they say!!! So after about 27 emails I was getting 80%of my money returned “not” they are now saying “ Sorry, our refund account is limited and we cannot operate the refund at present, and the unblocking time is uncertain, so the refund will take a long time.
You could choose another item of you want ,or we will resend the larger item to you ,
