I have used them before and they have been great. However, I placed an order back in November and still have not received my items. It took 5 emails for them to offer me a refund...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. this company is a scam. I ordered over 4 months ago and still nothing has arrived. Each time i request an update i get a generic response that it will arrive "within two weeks". Worst service i have ever experienced.

The sizes are perfect and the fabric is okey. It doesn't take long before the pant to get fuzzy, but because I only wear the sweat pants at home it doens't matter. It took about 6 weeks to get the pants (covid issues). Overall I am happy with my purchase

It's a no BS webshop with decent prints and a trustworthy delivery. One thing to keep in mind is that the sizing feels a little off. I followed the chart and got a size that actually feels a little too big.

I love their quality garments and excellent cotton, they are comfortable and colorful. I will always choose them.

I placed an order on the first of February and I am still to receive my sweatshirt. They continually fob me off with copy-paste responses, lies and company lines. I could grow the cotton, learn to sew and craft this product myself in the time it will likely take to finish production.

Terrible. Ordered in good time for christmas and mid Feb still nothing but excuses. And their social media advertising is relentless meaning they are pulling more unsuspecting customers into a void.

Now end of March (ordered mid Dec). I have been lied to probably 6 times and excuses like ‘part of the order is ready and we can’t sent it out until everything is finished in 1/2/3 weeks time’ ‘tracking only works when it hits England in another 4(!) weeks time’ ‘we can’t refund until the courier returns the goods we sent x weeks ago (but the tracking did not work?)’. I seriously think this is a fraudulent company taking money and doing NOTHING. Avoid at ALL costs.

3 months later & I’ve not received my order. They cannot give me even a rough idea of when to expect it! Each time I email they try reply with it’s going to production or it’s getting ready to be shipped however this is nonsense. I’ve cancelled my order. What a waste of time & money. The products look great on the website but you’ll be lucky if you receive them this side of Armageddon!

OK, so it took longer to receive what I ordered than I would have liked, and that is something to be criticised (and a reason not to give 5 stars!)! However, I received what I ordered (2 x face masks during covid) - and I really liked the goods! The price was fair, and I was pleased with what I got. When I contacted the company (via facebook) to chase my items I was told that items are made to order. When I followed up with a chaser, I was responded to. I know from my own experience of Polish people (this is a company based in Poland) that their language is more "to the point" than English, and so people who do not appreciate the Polish language/culture can find Polish people to be a bit curt, in English, but that is a liguistic/cultural difference, and no reason to downgrade the company!! I would recommend from my own experience!

Honestly would give zero stars if I could. Order placed start of November, end of December still no goods or updates. I emailed multiple times to ask what was happening. Response was always fairly fast but was always. It will be dispatched end of next week. That date would com and go and still no update or it being dispatched. I opened a claim with PayPal and was offered a small amount of money back to wait again another 2 weeks. I refused and said give me a date for dispatch or cancel the order. The order was cancelled and was emailed to say my money would be back on my account. Days later and this still hasn't happened. Dispute with PayPal still open as they still have my money and no open order anymore. Scam company in my eyes and will tell anyone else to avoid at all costs from now on

I ordered a sweater from Aloha from Deer years ago. Was pretty pleased with it. After so many years the quality is still good. So in 2021 I decided to order two more sweaters (ombre design) and two pair of socks. Took two months to arrive and I think that's pretty ok. I mean they do say it may take a while.
So about the products. The socks are ok but the design stretches out when you wear them. So I felt a little dissappointed by that. And one of the ombre sweaters was supposed to be rainbow. So pink, yellow, blue etc. But more than half of the sweater is orange and then one sleeve has a bit of green, blue and pink. I mean it's basically just an orange sweater. Quite dissappointing. The other sweater is as pictured on the website and perfect.

I think I would order again with AFD but not the socks.

Great shop, customer service is spot on. Delivery takes a while as they ship from Poland I believe, however customer service will keep you up to date and are super helpful if you have queries. Would recommend 👌

Gorgeous t shirts, highly recommended, not quite as hyped about the shorts but I'm not usually hype for shorts anyway

Good and nice clothing. I really like the opportunity to WhatsApp with employees about deliveries. Lead time is quite long, but that's okay

What I dislike:
- those points, what am I using them for? I didn't see any place I can spend my points, do I get discounts? Products? Anything? or is it just some marketing thing. In FAQ you can read about points, but there is no store page or "Use Points" page.

- The order page is not updating, you order, you pay, the products are queued, the products are being made, the products are done, and handed to the delivery guys. You know nothing, it's just "Pending". This is all you know.

- They don't tell you you will have to wait 1-2 weeks so they actually make the product

- VERY NOT COOl: FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE, I go to the payment page: Delivery 10 bucks. I email them, they reply: Well, sir, we don't really have free delivery in your country. Oh well, thanks, I guess my country is not part of the WORLD...

On the bright side:

- All you see is "Pending" but you are not buying milk, I don't think the information is that important, just note it's going to take 2-3 weeks for EU delivery.

- Even if they don't tell you the products have to be manufactured, I like it, they don't waste material and time, and they have thousands of products, it would be impossible to not make them on demand.

- The product quality is good enough, for my country the products are a bit pricy but in my opinion, it's worth it, I can't find anywhere in Romania this kind of products, or I haven't found out yet.

- The products really fit me. No complaints here, I respected the size guides and they are kinda perfect.

The sites and photos are misleading, I choose to buy women cut t-shirt, as the photo suggests, because there are 2 versions, women and man, but in reality all the t-shirts are unisex, so what's the point on selling women t-shirt and man t-shirt if they are the same? Good quality overall on the product.
