I had seen the hoodie dress with Drurer’s Fifth Seal on Wolf and Badger and had my eye on it for ages but it was priced at £95 on their site. I eventually found that on the direct site for Aloha From Deer that it was on sale for £50 plus an additional discount that made it £47 after shipping and decided to make a purchase. After reading the reviews on here, I became extremely worried that there would be issues with my order, that it would take ages to arrive, wouldn’t be the quality I hoped for, etc. I am very pleased to say that wasn’t the case! I like in the UK and did the expedited shipping option for £10. I had my order in hand exactly 1 week after places my order. The hoodie dress is gorgeous and so thick and soft, perfect for the cold autumn days here. I’m so glad I made my order!

I placed the order on August 8th.
Every time I ask for an update they tell me that it is in production (we are talking about a cover) and that it will be ready to ship in 2/3 weeks.
They won't allow me to make any kind of refund.
Terrible service, stay away from this site.

I ordered three items at the start of July, and I've just now received them in October. Yes, I did read the site, and I actually like their ethos of 'slow fashion' - I was not in any rush to get these. I just feel there is no need to be deceptive; the website indicates it will be a matter of 2-3 weeks, but judging by the immediate email after ordering warning me that there would be an unspecified delay, and the countless other reviewers with the same story, the wait time is more like 4x that.

Again, I would totally still have ordered if I had known that from the start. I just don't know why they don't update the website with a more realistic timeline, since they've had these issues for years. Just be upfront with people! We can be patient, but you will avoid unnecessarily frustrating customers.

Anyway, the clothes are actually just as cool as I expected and I'm happy to have them. I will probably even order again. The patterns are properly sublimated into the fabrics (the dress and leggings are stretchy and the design still shows up nicely). The sizing is a bit weird because it varies a lot between articles, but the size guide was accurate in my experience.. this meant buying an XL in one style and an M in a different style. So just read the size guides carefully. I can't imagine what a pain it would be to have to send something back and wait another 3 months haha.

I wish I’d looked up the reviews first. I’ve tried to cancel my order several times over the last TWO months, and they just do not listen.

I say I no longer require the order, they respond with ‘the quality of our products will be worth the wait’.

I say I no longer need the products - again - I get a tracking number.

And this just goes on and on. Oh - but I can return the goods when I’ve got them 😂 no idea when that will be, and didn’t realise they were based in Poland so I’ve no idea how much that will cost me, and whether they’ll even accept the return.

Do not even consider buying from this company.

Honestly, I ordered, immediately read the reviews and tried to cancel.

Then they sent an email saying it would be a lot longer wait than the website led me to believe.

And I couldn't cancel my order because it was being specially made.

I had very low expectations.

But you know what - six weeks later the items turned up. The colours are gorgeous, the quality seems on point, the print on my joggers is ace. I didn't purchase at full price - it was always supposed to be a fun purchase, but I spent £100 on a bunch of colourful silly clothes, and although the delivery missed the festival I was going to, they're here and they absolutely fulfil the brief. I've worn them already - hoodie and pants are soft and comfy, everything fits. What more could I want?

I probably would order again, just with more time.

Orders take forever. Over 3 months and my items were still not ready. Only after following up via email I've got a response that one item is actually not available as they don't have the fabric. The item still shows as available after they realized they can't make it without the fabric. It's so unprofessional and their customer service doesn't care at all. They just tell you to keep waiting. Use pay pal so you can at least get your money back

I give 3 stars because finaly after 3.5months I recieve my order( They are not SCAM) quality its ok and size as well.

Was advertised as 4 weeks lead time, all I ordered was 5 bikinis at the beginning of June. It is now 8 weeks later. I have received several misleading emails saying my items are about to ship. Now I have just been told it will be at least another 3 weeks after repeatedly asking for a refund, summer will be over by then, so roughly 3 months!! The whole of summer!! Please don’t waste your money trying to be good and waiting on “slow fashion”, it’s more like rip-off never arrives fashion. Pathetic company with the worst, generic customer service sept that just send you more lies. Total waste of money.

I tried in 2022 to buy 3t-shirts. After 110 days without delivery I asked for a refund, which had been done fast. I give a second chance to this company and order 3 new t-shirts in June. Nothing delivered 8 weeks later. Just a mail saying that my order is slightly delayed( !!!) after WhatsApp contact, the product is still in production.
So, nice design, but awful delivery an customer service. If you don’t want to lose time and money, don’t order there.

Just delays and excuses, should not be allowed to trade as they really are not anything special and you can get much better elsewhere.
I should have learned my lessons last time when I finally got a refund after months of delays.
My T-shirt might arrive by winter when it will be too cold to wear it.
Pay by PayPal if you can as I asked for a refund after 7 weeks wait of my order being queued and they did it immediately so I guess they are used to this company.

Took approx 6 weeks to arrive from Poland, which I expected. Material on Hoody dress/sweatshirt & cropped sweatshirt incredibly thick with no give or movement. Didn’t breathe or flow. Felt like I was stuck in an old fashion snow suit. Hard to describe. Too uncomfortable to wear. Swimsuit material not so bad but large size was more like a medium. Won’t wear any of it. A shame because the Durer print is attractive. Can’t recommend.

Ordered 3 items in time for Christmas. Got them right before Valentine's Day. All items ordered in the same size - but one was way too small. It's now July, and a replacement is nowhere in sight. Customer service can take 1-2 weeks to respond. Seems like a 1-person dropship company with very little time to spend on the business.

Ordered three leggings on the 20th of April, delivered 26th of June - 77 days (on their page they lie about 21).
Turn around time is a joke as is their "customer care". Items are ok - but would not order again, this behavior is unacceptable. Same goes for their sister company (Mr Gugu), all have the same shipping adress

Their sizing is terrible, does not match any international sizing being honest. The 3 items I have bought did not fit at all. I have emailed them about return, they have given me address. So I have paid for it myself, I have a proof of delivery on the 02.06.23 back to their office.
So far no refund. I have sent 3 emails , facebook message and no reply. I have called them but they do not answer at all. Absolute scam, do not buy their products as on top of it they are very average quality.

I bought 3 t-shirts on 8th of May. I still haven't received them (neither money back) and my e-mails are being ignored! I'll be informing UOKiK about this and encourage to do the same every one, who also was scammed by this company!

Wish there was a zero as one star is still too good fir this awful company. Quality venting poor, underwear itchy and they refused to cancel my order and was so poor in their customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE VERY BAD
