I ordered a mug for my hairstylist. I got it yesterday, and it was very nice. They kept me updated on when it would be here. I have ordered from them before and would highly recommend them.

Looks like it is in Australia till after you pay then it comes up with USD SO THEN IT COSTS YOU MORE THEN YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY I TRYED TO C CANCEL BUT CAN’T ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AS I DON’T WANT TO PAY THAT MUCH NO REPLY SO I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I’LL BE DOING NOTHING BUT PUTTING BAD REPORTS UP FROM NOW ON AND ANYONE ELSE IT HAS THE SAME TROUBLE SHOULD DO THE SAME. KEEP PUTTING THEM UP TILL THEY TAKE THEIR SITE DOWN OR GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY FOR FAULTS ADVERTISEMENT. .

I wish I could give them negative starts. I ordered a key holder for my anniversary the picture they showed had a nice train on it. And it looked like it had a nice shelf with four key rings. And spend almost $55 on it. When I received it in the mail, late. It was a cheap piece of plywood with a sticker on it. And then I on top of that, I have to put the hooks on myself. The quality was garbage and took them 3 weeks to send it from quote mainland china. I'm requested a refund and we'll see how that goes. 0/5 stars...

Your Company is amazing. I took a chance and you did not disappoint me. So happy you customized my order to my needs. My granddaughter loved the lighted compact mirror. This will be a keepsake she will keep after I am gone. I can’t thank you enough for responding to my needs so quickly.

The product (graduation teddy bear) was created and shipped promptly. It was perfect, bright and pretty. I was VERY pleased.

I ordered a cup and I was very disappointed. The quality was like a dollar store cup and it had the image printed on it. Please make sure you know what you are ordering because they would not refund my money. Beware!!!!

My coffee mug was soooooo CUTE!!! It was a gift for my niece that is in beauty school, she absolutely loved it, great quality, I'd highly recommend!!

Ordered a necklace from them and it was great quality. Very pleased by it and my fiancée loves it. I emailed asking for updates on shipping as I was excited to get it and they responded within a day and was very nice and informative.

I ordered a mug for my daughter-in-law who is a hairstylist and owns her own company. The picture that is shown advertising the mug. It’s 2D printed, but it looks like it has raised bejeweled items on the cup. That is false. It doesn’t even sparkle. They depicted the cup in this pearly white background with Raised hairdresser scissors, blow dryer on the cup. That was false. All you’re getting is a printed mug. It’s a small cup to boot. How do I give this cheap looking mug to a woman who owns two salons. I would not order from this company. $37 for a regular small coffee cup with a printed design on it.. I should’ve known better. They wouldn’t work with me, offered me 20% on my next order, but I am not ordering anything from them.

Very disappointed quality is cheap and it not how it looks in the picture. Will never buy anything from them. Very expensive for a cardboard picture of firefighter key holder.

I ordered a Mothers Day present for my Daughter in Law. A personalized jewelry dish. The script is too small to read. I asked for a refund. I was told that they did their job and the most I could get back was 20% off next purchase. I cannot give her this gift. Do cannot get a refund. I would never order from this company.

I am very disappointed in picture looks like its a 3D designed and its only printed and just not fair price for what we received.

The cup is beautiful. exactly like the pictures. The name is clear letters. came in timely manner. There was an issue with my zip code, and alma gems customer serviced reached out via email. I appreciate the professionalism and the Quality of the product. I will be ordering more items soon 💎☕️☀️

I ordered a mug for my hair stylist that had gems and 3d items in gold (chair, hair dryer, brush etc) along with a personalized name. The mug is horrible! it is a blurry design that was not 3D AT ALL! I paid 30 dollars for a mug that was not worth 2 dollars! Do NOT buy from these people they are scammers.

I'd give it less if possible. I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I purchased a military key holder that was 3D with dimensions, and what looked like actual military garb for like a GI Joe or something. What I got was a picture what I thought I was getting on cardboard. When I reached out, they asked for pics, I'd send them, and I'd get the same message asking for pics, this happened numerous times, which made me know it was an automated response. After a few days of asking for a refund, they said they reviewed the purchase, and they are not refunding anything. This is a scam company, do not buy anything from them.

My purchase and experience were first class. Their communication and tracking updates were fantastic. Purchased a barber sign and it is fantastic. Thank you so much for a great buying experience! Highly recommend!!!!!

Didn’t answer emails quickly! My bracelet is very cheap looking and doesn’t fit right to show my son’s name and date of death!
