Avoid this company

I contacted this company regarding recurrent toilet blockage. I was asked to pay £150 up front for an estimate. The visit was brief and two months later despite numerous phone calls and promises to chase the plumber for a report I have received no report or estimate regarding remedial works. I strongly advise to avoid this company, they are unreliable and unhelpful.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I spent £700 and I still have the same issue with my boiler. When you call them they always say they would call back but they never do! Awful company - stay away form them!

AWFUL

AWFUL. I asked for the service measuring curtains and advising on what curtain rail would be appropriate as offered on their website. Engineer arrived about 2 hours late and promised to send details. 10 days later after a lot of badgering of the people on the phones I was sent a scan of handwritten scrawls on some lined paper and nothing about the rail!!

I needed to replace glass to a double…

I needed to replace glass to a double glazed window following a burglary. I phoned Allround 365. I received great customer service from both Racheal and Ricky. They offered clear information about the process and how to proceed. They also responded very quickly to my request keeping to appointment times. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you.

As bad as possible

As bad as possible. I’ve not even got a quote and been charged £180. The ‘local’ website said no call out charge and free quotes. I was unknowingly diverted to Allround365. I booked the appointment for my repair and was asked to pay £180 to confirm the booking. My antenna should have gone up. A week later, I’ve had a 15 minute visit - a day later than scheduled - and no quote for the work. They say they ‘can’t’ give me a refund as the £180 was an hourly charge for 1 hour minimum - coming to look at the job -and they can only apologise that I misunderstood! Whilst I was on the telephone asking to speak to the manager, I could hear someone taking a call from another dissatisfied customer, also seeking their money back.

Very disappointing experience.

An engineer came out and spent around 10 minutes inspecting my boiler, then charged me £154 just to tell me that a part needed replacing. No repair was actually carried out.

I was told I would receive a call or email with the next steps, but nobody contacted me, even after I chased this up.

When I eventually received the quote, I was told the diverter valve alone would cost £420, plus £300 for labour. After checking, the real market price for this part is significantly lower 50-80 £ which makes the quote feel excessively inflated.

Poor communication and very poor value for money. I would not use this company again.

Very unimpressed - unsafe situation

Very unimpressed with this company.
I asked for an electrician as my elderly parents' relatively new washing machine had stopped working mid-wash and no lights were seen on machine. AllRound365's electrician came and said the power was working fine and to get machine replaced under warranty. It subsequently transpired when I got a washing machine engineer under the warranty to inspect it, that the machine plug had just worked loose from the extension cable, and was half-in, half-out; there was absolutely nothing wrong with machine. Crucially, leaving plug half-plugged in was a safety hazard, as it can overheat causing fire, yet AllRound365's electrician had not even checked where the machine was plugged in, to see if it was safe. So AllRound365 had charged £156 for my elderly parents, left them in a potentially unsafe situation, and told them incorrectly that washing machine needed replacing - all because their engineer didn't take the time to check if it was plugged in properly.

Admin staff really helpful keeping me updated on arrival times of goods and plumber
Marios the plumber worked so hard late into the evening to get the job finished. He is kind polite and very hard working. A lovely man

Booked a repair for a faulty kitchen…

Booked a repair for a faulty kitchen tap that had dripping constantly. The engineer replaced cartridges, tightened all connections and made sure the pressure was balanced. Works perfectly now and the price was fair too.

Had a dripping toilet that had been annoying me for weeks. The engineer replaced the fill valve, checked the seal and adjusted the flush level. Everything works perfectly now. Smooth experience from start to finish

Called for help with low hot water…

Called for help with low hot water pressure. The engineer checked the boiler, looked at the pipework and found a partially blocked valve in the airing cupboard. He swapped it out, flushed the system and made sure the pressure was consistent across all taps really impressed with how quickly he diagnosed it.
