-- Some of their after market products repeatedly fail in less than 90 days, and they don't remove them from the catalog, nor do they replace them with an item that works .... See item #34-1661. Long track history of failure of the undersized wire and the lose non-soldered crimp that connects wire to element. Plus the glue that holds ceramic ends to glass tubes usually fails before installation can even be completed. We repeatedly told customer service about this and they do nothing. Need to hire a quality control person, who can do something.

I gave a two star review because you have an option to enter a credit card number in my account. Even though all the fields are there it won't accept my card information.
Then a rep said i would have to call it in but WHY have the option if it doesn't work? Such a waste of time.

Last night I ordered a part through a business associates accounts that I have used from time to time because he often picked things for me in Mt Holly. (Online account has my personal email account since he is old school and dosent use the computer. ) When I went to pick it up today, I was told by Tom at the counter (who I have known for years) that apparently he had an argument with your company and his account is no longer active.) ok, so I replaced the order under my account. I was then notified that the police were called beucase I wasn’t allowed there, even though Tom told your HR guy that I was a completely different guy / different company. Then the police arrived and your HR person apparently told them I was not being sold anything under any account. (Very embarrassing) . I spent another 30 minutes on the phone with Greg in customer service trying to get this resolved when I got home only to find my account was suspended too.
