Good value, order portal needs improvement
Pricing is competitive. Your shipping packaging has improved over the past year. The number of characters allowed for the PO field is limiting. The PO we enter gets cut-off during shipping process.
Need to respond to RMA and quote requests. Inconsistent.
We should have the option to select shipping urgency (regular or express) from the online portal without having to call it in

All-points has been very fair with the pricing, I have been able to get fair discounts that help my customers as I do not mark up parts, parts town is getting ridiculous with part prices, I can get parts from all-points at a significant reduced price
