How Allivet handles my boy’s prescriptions is so worry free for me. There autoship process is so easy. My vet likes working with them also which makes the whole process so simple. I do find that their app could use some improvements but that is the only reason I did not rate them with a 5 star review. Their service is exceptional and should receive a 5 star review.

We needed a our pets prescription filled. Our Vet does not fax or call in Rx unless they are local. Allivet had a good price on the Rx we needed and arranged for us to mail in our Rx to them.
The Rx was filled and mailed promptly.

I love working with Allivet. They are right on top of everything and answer my questions quickly. If I need to change an order or date, they are very easy to work with. I have been using this online pharmacy for 6 months. My dog is on heart medication and blood pressure Medication. If he does not take, he will die
Every single month. It is a fight to get my medications that are not shipped on time. They are not open on the weekends. Two weekends in a row it was supposed to arrive on Friday and never showed up. I talked with them Monday morning and they expedited it. The fastest option still takes 3 days and they sent the wrong medication again. This business does not have it together. Unless you want your pet to die, please find another pharmacy!

It took me 3 weeks after my vet sent in the prescription and contacting Allivet at least 5 times before my order shipped. Then they offered me overnight shipping for the delay, I accepted. Then charged me for that as well. Also offered me a 20% discount for my next purchase thati never received. All in all, customer service was friendly but made promise after promise that couldn't be delivered. My dog who has congestive heart failure went without meds for a week. I would have went and got them from my local vet but 3 times that week they promised they would ship that day.

Allivet was quick to respond to my request for Vetmedin tablets for my best friend. They contacted the veterinarian hospital for prescription approval and sent the medication promptly. Plus, I saved about 30%. Highly recommend them if your best friend is on maintenance drugs.

Great prices. Friendly and helpful Customer Service Associates. I have had ongoing problems with them not notifying me of issues delaying my refills so that I can resolve them timely so I end up spending double to get prescriptions from my vet when I run out. I was given the wrong address my a customer Service rep. And emailed it same day they mailed it but didnt tell me the address was wrong or respond to email advising they needed originaluntil a week later. My very first prescription the vet forgot to sign. They contacted her and not me even though she doesnt deal with pharmacies. I wasnt advised of the subsequent delay until I contacted them when it was late so I had to pay double to get it from my pharmacy and then get new script and pay to fed ex. When they got new signed prescription they kept mixing up the prescriptions and telling me I had no refills when I had refills on the proper prescription. Customer Service and the pharmacy Dept dont communicate and often have conflicting information.
Update: I was contacted by a Manager who listened to my complaints and made sure make necessary changes to my account to resolve any further issues and was able to get my current RX sent out ontime and offered me a discount for the next 12 months that was better than I was given when my current one had expired making it affordable again. Im willing to give them another shot.

We would highly recommend anyone to use this home delivery pet prescription service!! Very on point with reminder text/emails. So easy to refill a prescription for our pets, they are the contact person with the vet, not us!! And we've found their prices are very comparable to the vet or big pet stores. Try them, you won't go wrong!

We have 2 dogs, one is already in Allivet autoship, Our second pet was added, but when I setup the autoship for her, it did not allow me to select which pet the autoshiip for being setup for but defaulted to the original pet and the original pet form of the prescription (ie capsule rather than chewable). I had to call customercare to make the corrections.
Allivet called and asked for additional information to refer to their IT department to review process flow. Good customer service changed 3 star to 5 star as have very little followup with other vendors.
