I find it unacceptable that such a simple issue is taking so long to be resolved. It has now been over 4 months that I’ve been waiting for a clear response regarding an incomplete parcel. This kind of incident should never take this long to be handled.

As of today:
• I no longer use your services,
• I no longer recommend AllChinaBuy to people around me, even though I used to be a loyal customer,
• And I have now left a negative review on Trustpilot, which will remain online until proper compensation is offered.

I urge you to take this matter seriously. Unless a satisfactory solution is provided, my position will remain unchanged.

I contacted customer service and they helped the whole time. There was a very kind person named Cici and I don't know what I wouldve done without them. I have bought a few hauls from ACB and would recommend to anyone :)

Actually its a very good agent overall. however, I noticed that when paying directly or adding money to the wallet, the funds are converted from CNY to USD using an exchange rate with about a 15% markup. this is pure rip-off. Unfortunately, there’s no way to avoid this currency conversion, as the money is always converted first. I recommend using other agents such as CSSBuy.

They answer questions fast and give good solutions. They helped figure out a good line to ship my item and the lowest cost possible. in my opinion this is by far the best agent to use.

Customer service is great and helpful

I placed an order on their website on April 28 and paid through Trustly, which processes payments via bank transfer. After completing the payment, the site confirmed it was successful and told me to refresh the page. However, after refreshing, it still showed “payment pending,” and a day later, the status hasn’t changed.

I’ve contacted the customer support email listed on their site but haven’t received any reply. Another thing is that the money already has been withdrawed from my bank account. I’m very concerned about where my money is, and I’m frustrated by the lack of response. Think twice before ordering from here.

Refunded/returned my items without questions and am satisfied

Everything went fine, good quality products. One products came after 1.5 week in the warehouse so I had to wait a bit longer but it’s ok.

Great customer service and reliable

Super amazing company, hands down the best company for ordering goods from overseas. The products I order always get to the warehouse very quickly, QC photos are always taken very speedy as well, and I know my products are in good hands while they ship to me here in Canada. The shipping prices are very competitive too. I'm overall very glad with my experience on AllChinaBuy. Highly trusted.
