This is the second time my parcel has been either late or had no tracking information. Last time, it went 25 days with no information, and I didn’t think much of it—I thought maybe it was because of the holidays. But now it has happened again. It has been 16 days and the parcel still hasn’t left China yet. The supposed delivery time was 12–15 days. What kind of customer service is this, AllChinaBuy?
