disappointed
ordered on the 29th was shipped the next day took until end of the first week of november to arrive considering it said it was on its way on the 30th. emailed and emailed and i didn’t get a response other than we are taking a break. when they did arrive they were all stuck together and missing some of the sweets id picked out. no substitutes if they were ran out. they were all broken/ crusty! not a great experience

1st time ive ordered from this company…
1st time ive ordered from this company i ordered 26th October parcel was sent 5 days later on 31st October didnt know they used a certain courier company who even as of today 9th Nov i still havent received my parcel i emailed company but today still no reply to my questions emailed them 3 days ago after sending a complaint via resolver my parcel has an update shame its taken 2 weeks and still no email from company ref my delivery and refund shame i can imagine there busy leading up to Christmas but surely someone should be answering email enquiries.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Sometimes we may have to extend your dispatch time slightly and when we do we will always contact you with a clear explanation and I’m glad to see we managed to get in touch with you and that you received our notification.
Unfortunately as a small business we do rely on a third party courier to deliver our parcels and the further delay caused by Evri was out of our control so it’s disappointing that this has reflected in our scores and I can only apologise on their behalf. It’s rare that delays do happen with the majority of our orders arriving within 1-2 working days. I hope you will order from us again and your delivery will be of a better experience from our couriers.

I’m surprised you wouldn’t have contacted us first to let us know your parcel hasn't arrived as this is the first we have heard about this. I have checked your tracking and the parcel is showing as at the sorting centre. Once your order is with the courier any delays are out of our control unfortunately
This review implies we never sent your order when in fact you have been sent accurate and transparent tracking information, and honest about the delay. It’s extremely disappointing you would damage our reputation on Trustpilot before giving us the opportunity to resolve this by email first.
We have been in touch with the courier to ascertain how long the delay to the order will be. We can look at issuing a replacement order if their response isn’t satisfactory.

Not really happy.
Parcel came a few days later after ordering there, not really happy about the order if I'm honest as half the stuff me or my children couldn't eat due to spiciness crisps etc or funny taste ( drink)

As your ordered a mystery box the contents and flavours are picked at random. If there are particular flavours (such as spice) that you don't like you have the option to leave a note a checkout or order individual items from our website based on your preferences. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate all tastes when choosing items at random.
It's extremely disappointing that we weren't contacted in person before this review, our small friendly team would have been happy to put things right for you. Mostly good
Good service, good range of products, reasonable prices. The only suggestion I have for improvement is either change your courier or improve your packaging as DPD had all but demolished the box that you used.
