All About Audrey is a vintage and bohemian fashion brand, based in Brighton's North Laine. We have some of the most beautiful bohemian and vintage clothing Brighton has to offer - mostly from the 60s and 70s - and we absolutely love Indian prints. A lot of our boho dresses, tops, and skirts are made using vintage fabrics. Most of our handmade pieces are totally unique! Audrey lived a nomadic lifestyle in her early years, travelling around the world working in clubs and bars, and selling handmade jewellery on tourist beaches. She has always loved to collect beautiful pieces of bohemian clothing and accessories - particularly the original Phool and Adini dresses. Her designs are inspired by 1970s fashion houses such as Thea Porter and Biba. Her obsession with wildflowers and free flowing dresses with big bishop sleeves is shown in her designs - particularly the peasant, prairie and smock dresses.

Very very disappointed.
Have requested a refund but by the looks of other reviews customer service is ignored.

We have gone back through all of our mailboxes, but been unable to find any prior correspondence from you. Did you send your emails to hello@allaboutaudrey.co.uk?
Upon checking, we have also been unable to locate any orders from you. This, combined with the fact that we very rarely sell, and have never produced, any tees, makes us wonder if we were the company that you ordered from.
Audrey works very hard to create unique designs and ensure that she works only with ethical suppliers. She would never stock anything from Temu and would certainly never try to rip off our amazing customers.
Please could you email hello@allaboutaudrey.co.uk and let us know your 5 digit order number, as well as the date of your original purchase. We can then investigate this further for you.
If, however, this review was intended for a different retailer, then we would kindly ask that you remove it.

It’s always a delight to receive an item from all about Audrey. They arrive in brown paper inside which is a little crafted bag with the item inside, always good quality.
My saddle bag is beautiful but not as substantial as I would have preferred

Unfortunately disappointed
Unfortunately disappointed with AAA. This is my second time ordered from the company as I live up north and can't shop in person, and I do actually rate the clothing they sell in terms of quality. I placed an order end of Aug and there was an issue, nothing came. Contacted AAA, they inquired at their depot, no signs of the parcel. They did offer to send a replacement and refund me for an item they no longer stocked, however neither got processed. I emailed 6 days ago to cancel the order, still nothing, so missing about £50, but still got the subscription emails...
I guess online shoppers beware! The customer service is a bit lacking.

Pretty designs and unique clothing
Have ordered twice now and am very pleased with the skirt and top I received.
They are good quality and I love the originality of the designs.
Updates are good after purchase although I wish Evri would improve their delivery service as they left my parcel on my doorstep in the rain.

Beautiful quality true to size
Im really happy with my order, The dress was true to size, im fairly curvy so I can find it awkward to find the right size but this was perfect. I had a small issue with one of the items in my delivery and it was resolved immediately. The quality of the items is fabulous, keep doing what you’re doing all about Audrey! 🩷

I have been buying from their website…
I have been buying from their website for quite a while, but for some reason they are always now cancelling my orders and refunding them. Very bad customer care, no explain given why. I have bought lots of things yet they treat me like this. I sent them an email to ask why, no reply. It’s discriminating singling me out behaviour. The worst thing is I don’t why.

Extremely dissatisfied
Extremely dissatisfied. This is my first time ordering from this brand and I got the new ‘Maisie’ dress. I checked and double checked the size guide and ordered the XXL which is supposed to be 18-22. The size guide also showed that i would be well within that range with my measurements (im usually a UK 20/22). The dress arrived late, after 2 weeks and was TINY. It’s much more a size 16-18 than 18-22. The dress was also unfinished with many pieces of string hanging off the front that had not been trimmed and frayed fabric around the front. So the dress is not only too small but completely unusable. I’m disabled so getting to a post office to return is near impossible so nearly £50 down the drain. I will not be ordering from this brand again. Lesson learned. Such a shame as the pieces looked so beautiful.

The dresses are free flowing and look great on their own in Summer or under a jumper in winter.
They post using biodegradable packaging.
They are always helpful if you message them.
