I only gave 4 out of 5 because: it was amazing what can be done to bring pictures to life, but only a few of my pictures looked like the same person before and after. The ones that did were awesome. My brother passed away at 13 yrs old in 1970, I took the last school picture we have of him, and asked alive moment to age him to a mature man, and it was amazing, he looked exactly like a picture of my 56 yr old nephew from our other brother...his namesake. It was great to see him as an adult, but then I realized I have been seeing him everyday in his nephew.

AVOID this scamming company
AVOID this scamming company. I blindly authorized one trial month usage not knowing they continued to charge my cc for 6 months at much higher subscription fees. My cc company flagged it this week. Next thing that happened: AliveMoment charged me $525.53. Now I'm fighting that. BEWARE!!!!

Scamming people out of money
Please do not use this company they have scammed me. I signed up and paid £7.50 to create an image when I have checked my bank account they have taken two transactions of £7.50 out. I have emailed them and not had a response. They have now taken another £45 out of my account despite me cancelling the subscription last week with plenty of time. I have gone onto my account and not able to stop them from taking my money for no reason. I have had to contact my bank to get this sorted so please be careful when using this company and signing up

Their pricing is a total ripoff and…
Their pricing is a total ripoff and their photo restoration results just about average- on B&W photos to color conversions people's faces are altered beyond recognition with only slight resemblance to the real person's face. I have tried the same photos with another vendor and the results were way better. But mostly the reason for the low review for Alivemoment is the fact that they use very complicated, if not deceiving pricing system. They give you low initial welcoming price options and then they stick it to you with some subscription fees,not to mention you also have to pay for the coins, because for some reason you lose the count of "coins" you have paid for, perhaps if you don't use them within a timeframe (1 coin per photo restore, and if not happy with the results, too bad you can not cancel the process). Also, there is not way to contact them when you have a specific issue, the only contact method is via email and when you submit the email, you get a cold reply that your subscription has been cancelled. I will never use them again, because they are a big disappointment for me!
