Fun Memories From My Childhood in Living Color!
I have always loved color but most of my childhood photos are black and white. It was so fun to see my photo memories in full color through Alive Moment. Even with some of the colors being different than remembered it made the memory become more real!

The animations are very poor and unrealistic. They still attempt to take money from my account even though I cancelled a subscription that I didn’t realise had set up, luckily my bank declined the £75 a month they try to take,

Fraudulent company! You charged me unauthorized fees, and your support team never replies. I want my money back immediately!
Stop sending the same generic message to everyone whose money you have taken, saying you are sorry and that we need to contact support. Your support does not respond. I expect a full refund and a proper response regarding this unauthorized charge.

My 1st try didn't come out like I wanted, so I tried a second time and really enjoyed it. I really think it depends on what photo you pick. I will be choosing more photos that show entire bodies and not just the face.

I like very much the concept and enjoy transforming pictures particularly as my husband passed away recently.
One big drawback when attempting to share the moments the recipients are unable to open them.

Credits expire without exception
I am giving a 2 star review because of their policy. The photo enhancements are quite good and I did enjoy the service. My complaint is that credits expire and there is no reminder email. Customer service will not bend on their policy and I have lost 31 credits (approximately $40 or more) that expired. Very disappointing. Be aware before you sign up for this service. There are better ones out there as I am now discovering.
