Delivered the car on Wednesday and didn't contact me when we booked it for Thursday,
on Thursday waited at 09.30 as booked, after calling many times the car arrived 11.15 wrecking all our plans,
The car was not fit to be on the road, damaged door, broken light, run really rough and delivered with no fuel,
went to use the car in the morning for a couple of hours up to 11.00 as we had paid for 24 hours and it had already been collected,,
PLEASE HIRE FROM A REPUTABLE CAR HIRE COMPANY WITH GENUINE REVIEWS

1) car was 30 minutes late (making us miss an event)
2) car ran out of fuel in less than 1km - couldn’t even make it to the nearest petrol station. Had to walk the last km and buy a Jerry can
3) car was picked up hours early with no communication, leaving us uncertain if it had been stolen
4) due to 3, we had items still in the car
5) no remorse or attempt to compensate

Avoid this company!! Go with a reputable company instead

We received a very unworthy vehicle with over 170000km… giving signals all the time on urgent maintenance. We had to stop several times to let the vehicle cool down... Have a look at the photos, they'll speak for themselves. (unfortunately no possibility to upload them on this platform)
