Great customer service by Jennifer. Very patient and elaborative with the walkthrough of getting teeth impression.

Dan was quite helpful in responding fluently and timely. He resolved my issues and showed me photos of where i was confused with the quality of my impressions.

Never received my order. Company was great a sending me multiple emails to get my money. Responded to all my initial inquiries and keep prompting me to "make a purchase". But after I paid the support ended. Sent 4 emails to Dan but never received a response. Very poor customer service.

What an easy and pleasant experience. I have put this off for too many years. The price was perfect to get me to finally move on this, and I can't be happier with the experience and results. Abby was great to work with!

I looked at numerous options and went with Aligner32. The package arrived quickly and the process of taking my impressions went smoothly. Easier than I thought it would be.

I had an online meeting with Abby Mo to assist me in getting my impressions perfect. He was very informative and helpful. We even laughed a little :) So far aligner32 has been great, looking forward to getting my smile tip top again as I had braces as a teenager and lost my retainer years ago.

This is a legit company! They even set up a video session with you so you can make the impressions of your teeth correctly! Professional and answers all your questions on the phone right away. Don’t have to wait 24-48hrs for a response through email. Aligners sent 2-3weeks later which is very quick to get on your to the smile you want! Definitely a 10/10 recommendation

Worst decision that I ever made! I hate I did not follow my first mind and not approve the services through Aligner 32. My teeth show very little progress after completing the entire series of aligners. It was a waste of time and money!! Think about going to an Orthodontist before trying Aligner 32!

Got my impressions. There was an upcharge which I said ok to. Now after wearing my night time impressions I was on step 5 going to step 6. Step 6 impressions did not fit properly and I was missing step 7. I emailed the company and after multiple emails and 30 pictures later they want me to pay an additional $250 for their mistake. Very unprofessional. I was going to have my wife and daughter try these but definitely not now. Beware of these shady tactics. Craig 1/30/26. Not happy. Bad business doing this.

Abby was amazing 👏 Easy process and to me through the entire process. He even sung a lullaby per request for following his instructions, lol. 🎵 Great sense of humor. Lots of drooling on my part 🙃 put a towel down prior to starting FYI

Order the kit online. I've worn braces in the past but over time my teeth have shifted some and I want to have them straight again. The company has been very kind and accurate with all of the details. I just finished my Impressions to send in with guidance on a visual meeting from Abby who was wonderful. Highly recommend this company

Perfect for those who do not want to wear aligner in public. Although I struggled to get my impressions right they have a video call option to walk you through it. Price is good too.

Harry did a great job explaining the process for me to be on my journey for a new smile!
