Great experience. Jennifer was very kind and helpful

We had a video call as our original impressions did not turn out. The gentleman we had was polite and professional. Every thing went smooth.... and then things went south. After a month and a half of waiting my wife finally called to check on the status only to find out the impressions that we were told looked perfect were not good enough, gee did you ever think to reach out and tell us this or where you just going to sit on your thumb and how we forgot? So back to square one of then sending another impression kit(they said they will waive the fee, ya you better since you guys were the ones to explain it and tell us they looked perfect) we received the kit and my wife went to set up another call with them...... almost a two month wait 😠 😡 so we've been chasing our tails for about 4 months now and are no closer than we were on day one. Starting to think this company is a scam. Forget my earlier review this one one more accurate.

I initially had a positive experience and appreciated the professionalism during the consultation process. Communication at the beginning was clear, and I felt comfortable moving forward.

However, after that stage, I experienced multiple shipping complications and confusion regarding impression materials. There were tracking inconsistencies, delays, and conflicting information about packages sent and received. At one point, I was asked to pay additional fees due to a shipping issue that was outside of my control, which was concerning.

While customer service representatives were polite and responsive, the overall process felt disorganized and frustrating. For a treatment that requires trust and precision, smoother logistics and clearer communication would make a big difference.

I hope the company improves its operational process moving forward.

I am just getting started and had trouble with my first attempt of my impressions but they are really great to communicate with and sending me more to give it another try! Really nice customer support!

Very impressed with aligners 32 so far! Had my zoom call today with Abby, where he helped me get 4 perfect impressions! He was very patient and helpful! He even sang “you are my sunshine” while we waiting on the molds to set. Now I’m ready to get my retainers!!

Today i had a successful video session with Abby from Aligner32. He walked me through the correct process of creating the molds for my teeth and we took our time to get it right! Shipping my molds out today and look forward to going through the process to get a nicer smile! :-D

Super easy and helpful doing the video conference on how to complete the impressions properly. Abby ensured they were done correctly and made sure I understood the reasons why. The impressions themselves were painless (just some drooling so have a napkin prepared).

I’m early in my journey but they have been very accommodating and generous.

I was referred to them by a friend of mine who was very happy with the results so far I got my kid on a timely manner. I’ve been chatting with them on their portal for support and so far it’s been nothing but a great experience.
