A UPS representative informed me that they have issued a claim form to your company on July 2021 and have tried to contacting the company numerous of times regarding a refund payment. They stated they can not issue a refund within the company completing the form. I have yet to receive that refund from the company (Alieva) if there’s no response from the company I will file a police report of theft agents the company, take legal actions and also contact (BBB)Better Business Borough.
Please I beg of anyone it’s reading this do not purchase anything from this fraudulent company. They are only email-based you cannot talk to a live person on anything. I am very disappointed in his company and will not be recommending anyone and I will never order anything from this company again they have left a bitter taste in my mouth and this horrible experience. I gave the company no store but the system wouldn’t let me leave it blank.
