I asked for delivery on 10 April (90th…

I asked for delivery on 10 April (90th birthday present), admittedly at short notice, but it said it could ne done, and it was not done until 17 April.
Many thanks for your comprehensive reply.

We are so sorry to disappoint any customer and we would in every occasion move mountains to meet our customers demands. However your order came in at 10.35 on the 9th so the system would not allow you to put a 10th delivery. Had you rung the smokehouse anytime up to about mid day on the 9th we would have fulfilled the order for you. Your order stated a delivery date of the 17th so we had no reason to question this date. We always answer the phone calls and there is an option on our answer phone to get through to my mobile, the owner of the business. I really am sorry we were not able to meet your expectation but I don't think we have done anything wrong.
I wanted to call you and explain this and of course apologise, but there is no phone number on your account. Best rgds, Patrick

Great service

I am 76 years old and I found the ordering online quite easy. I have not had any of the fish yet. The order was well packaged and not damaged

Sublime - and great service too!!

Ever since my daughter and I first tasted Alfred Enderby smoked salmon we knew we could never have any other variety. (My son says the same about the fish pie mix). And communication is first rate too.
This time we tried the double smoked - sublime!!

An excellent all-round experience.

Simple ordering process, delivery as promised. Fish extremely well packed and outstanding product. Just placed my second order. The hot smoked salmon was in a different universe from the stuff you get in the supermarkets.
