We had used another wealth management company for many years.
Lately, we found the past 12 months’ financial reports produced conflicted quite a bit and this caused us to ask some questions. These questions went unanswered, and this caused quite a bit of concern.

Alextra Accountants look after our businesses and so we asked Shawn Gallimore, our accountant for some advice. He referred us to Daniel Williams in Alextra’s wealth management division.

After several face-to-face meetings with Dan, he was able to provide us with a clear and accurate forecast with regards to our finances.

Dan spoke to us in a language that was simple to understand and similarly, his reports were crystal clear. He is both friendly and professional and we felt at ease with him straight away.

We now have complete clarity and are in a position to plan our future more effectively. The anxiety and concern we felt some months back has cleared.

Max is part of Dan’s team and is very efficient when it comes to processing our documents – his emails always make us smile, very friendly!

An added bonus is that Alextra charge less than our previous IFA.

I've not dealt with this company in an accountancy capacity but understand that they were the accountants for one McLaughlin Surveyors.

The company in question have acted in extremely poor faith but Ian at Alextra was incredibly helpful (even though its not his job to do so) in offering advice as to what to do next as a consumer of their client McLaughlin Surveyors.

Please do not give Alextra a hard time, they are simply the accountants for a company that has acted in an extremely unprofessional way and are not personally responsible for the actions of another
