It was an unintentional mistake by the manufacturer who did not have it hallmarked and we did not check the item thoroughly enough when were shipping it out.
We appreciate you taking the step to have it certified by the Assay Office, and we were happy to offer to cover the cost. We understand that the Assay Office had already taken care of this, but we wanted to ensure the issue was resolved properly.

Really odd experience
Really odd experience with this company. I ordered some jewelry through their website, smooth transaction, money out of my account, delivery date was set and got an invoice and verification. Several days later, I was looking through my account and the amount had been refunded. No email, phone call, nothing. I wrote them for an explanation and never heard anything back from them. I don't know if they are going out of business, have incredibly horrible customer service or what. It's a shame because they have nice jewelry on their site, but I had to order from one of their competitors.

Sorry for the experience you had. The reason you were refunded is there was a slight issue with your order. When we went to contact you regarding it, you had not left an email address on the checkout form so we were unable to.
You then messaged us and we did respond which you must have missed in your junk mail. Regardless, we are happy to discuss the issue further if you require.
