Excellent

I have to say, I was sceptical, I was looking for a specific pair of sunglasses and loads of websites were promising deals. Alensa had them for 50% off retail and at least a 25% better deal than the nearest rival. I'm always worried about where things ship from when the deal seems too good to be true. I can report the glasses arrived exactly as expected, I have three other pairs from the same brand, the quality is exactly the same, alleviating any concern of authenticity. No small amount of money either. Delivery was fast too. Pleasantly surprised, I'll definitely buy from them again.

Price was the best I could find and delivery was quick enough. Assuming all the lenses are A1 then my overall experience is extremely positive.

Absolutely fuming

Absolutely fuming. Placed a order a week ago and i still haven’t got any idea where it is and when it is arriving. I have emailed alensa countless of times and no response. I needed my contacts for work and normal day to day task. These lot are never seeing me as a customer again

To clarify the timeline: your order was dispatched on 29/12, which was the first working day after it was placed, with a standard delivery estimate of 2–4 working days. Due to 1/01 being a Bank Holiday, followed by the weekend, the delivery on 6/01 was only one working day later than expected.

That said, we sincerely apologise that our communication during this busy period was not as clear or timely as it should have been. As confirmed previously via email, we are honoring a refund of the postage fee as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused by the slight delay and the lack of updates.

Great Prices and quality contact…

Great Prices and quality contact lenses. I have been using Alensa as contact lenses supplier a while now. Very happy with their service. I use daily Dailies TOTAL1 Multifocal. A bit more expensive than the others but they are the most comfortable, for dry eyes all day lenses I have experienced so far and I have tried many other brands, the 1 Day Acuvue Moist Multifocal are the second best.

Terrible service

Delivery is prompt but sadly that is where the positive experience ends.
I had an issue with the contact lenses drying out my eyes, Customer service tells me that I ordered the wrong prescription (despite confirmation from vision express that it was correct).
I returned the lenses at my own cost and now have no lenses and no refund.
Terrible service.

We have carefully reviewed the details of your order and the provided prescriptions. At the time of your order, no contact lens prescription had been provided - only a glasses prescription, which requires conversion for lenses. After conversion, it appeared that the parameters you selected did not match the prescription.

Subsequently, a new prescription was provided from Vision Express, after your claim. This prescription does not include the necessary multifocal parameters (ADD power) and shows different power values from what was ordered. Additionally, the base curve of the lenses purchased appears to be different form the recommended one on your prescription.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, contact lenses are medical products and cannot be refunded once the package has been opened and used. We understand this is frustrating, which is why we offered some store credit as compensation.

We always encourage customers to ensure they have a valid and up-to-date prescription before purchasing lenses, to avoid discomfort or incompatibility and to purchase only the brand of lenses which has been recommended by their specialist. We appreciate your feedback and hope this clarifies the situation.

Locker Failed

Run away!!! This company is unreliable. company I…

This is undoubtedly the worst company I have ever done business with. I bought a frame and it simply hasn't arrived. All I get are excuses and the company pushing the problem onto the shipping company. 7 days waiting and nothing, no information or help, and I even paid for shipping. The worst hell on Earth for a company that claims to do business online but is incapable of doing so.

Still waiting for delivery after a week

Update: I spoke to Alensa. The process was a bit complicated but they did indeed refund me.

I placed a large order that was supposed to be delivered last week within 24h with Royal Mail 24h tracked. Parcel Force claimed they attempted to deliver on Sat, when I was at home all day, but miraculously failed to leave a note as proof of attempted delivery. I asked them to deliver today and I again haven't heard a peep from them.

Please investigate what is going on with my parcel FI142968393GB. If I do not receive the parcel within 24h and communication from the company, I will contest the transaction with my card company.

Please note that my contract for timely delivery of products is with you as a company, not with Royal Mail/Parcelforce so it is your responsibility to ensure I receive the products on time.
