My Honest Review of Aldi I used to really love shopping at Aldi, but lately I’ve noticed some disappointing changes. The quality of the vegetables has gone down — many times I find produce tha... See more

Tried to buy a property in Egypt however they did not give me the property. VERY UNHAPPY
Security guard who is rude and…
Aldi Botley, Oxford, Security guard who is rude and argumentative Not intelligent, paired with an assistant manager (Sam) who lacks intelligence and struggles to understand the store's policy document. Security staff refused to show his ID or tell me his name. The customer service is poor, with staff often inventing rules that don't align with any established Aldi policies. I wont shop in Aldi again. I get a better bargain and good customer service next door at Home bargains.
Frozen raspberries (and metal)!!!!
Bought their frozen raspberries. Defrosted them in the microwave, which began sparking and hissing, clearly the fruit contained metal, thinking that this must be a one off I purchased a few other bags at different times, but it continued to happen. I have read that other customers have had the same problem with other frozen products.
Clearly this is something that is potentially dangerous, my next communication will be to Trading Standards.
Their Pine Grive brand of nuts is…
Their Southern Grove brand of nuts is substandard. The peanuts are so hard, I could not chew them.
I made a second purchase and the quality, or lack there of was the same.
Bought their frozen organic green…
Bought their frozen organic green beans. I started to heat them up in my microwave. They literally lit my microwave up! They had undetectable metal in them!
Affordable and quality products
Affordable and quality products. When my budget is tight, I enjoy shopping at Aldi as they have many high-quality products at great prices but you have to know what to look for. The selection range is not nearly as wide as that of big-brand supermarkets like Target or Walmart.

I have been a long time frequent customer.
Have experienced the current Manager Louisa has a major chip on her shoulder.
Her Customer service is less than Par.
Always running about the store essentially pushing people out of the way without even an excuse me!
Not sure how she managed getting her position.
I believe and customer service 1st.
Probably why the store on FM2920/Spring Cypress has lost alot of long-term employees. Especially the latest Igred. One of the hardest workers I have seen. Hope they do not lose the remaining solid employees that are left.
If they do.would probably reduce my visit to that location.
Seems a fix is needed quickly and straighten her skills with customer service or is that the direction Aldi has chosen.
Need someone who is more of a team player. Hell at least smile instead of that angry look all the time. she seems hate her JOB!! Attitude reflects that!

Aldi's corporate ways
I like Aldi, in general. Recently, however, their corporate culture has been blatant. Example: they used to have three types of salami, 12 oz. for $ 6.49. Believe me. I know the facts well. Today, to my chagrin, I saw a similar packaging, exact same price, but 6 oz!!! exactly half quantity for the same price. Friends. The only way to get corporate America to act decently is not by complaining but by not buying. Of course I did not buy this "new" item. It is our war and no one will fight for us, only ourselves.
Awful advertisement!
Awful advertisement!
Nearly all people in the advertisements of ALDI are not european origin. I cannot identify myself with these people. And from now on I will boycott ALDI.
Top 10 Shopping stores.
The customer service the over staff made my shopping experience fun and want to go back and recommend to community at large .Thx Aldi.
Just have my first experience with Aldi…
Just have my first experience with Aldi I'm really impressed, great value for the products, quality of products is just same as other high cost super markets too highly recommend people want to save money and get great quality Aldi is best choice
We have shopped at Aldis for quite some…
We have shopped at Aldis for quite some time now, and, for the most part, have saved a tremendous amount of money. Once we knew the amount of money we were saving and the decent quality of food, they became our everyday grocery store. HOWEVER, gradually we noticed the prices increase and the package contents decreasing and especially the frozen food contents getting much smaller. This results in us eating more and costs per serving going up. We are now back to comparing competing name stores for groceries. Just because Aldis prices appear to be less expensive, this doesn't mean that they are. If you truly care about savings, Aldis isn't always your savings store.
Why on earth is Aldi promoting their…
Why on earth is Aldi promoting their stores with such an ugly violent commercial? It is so reminiscent of a "smash and grab" situation. It is so disgusting and disturbing. Not at all displaying the kind of place I want to shop!
Disappointed that Aldi £200 voucher is…
Disappointed that Aldi £200 voucher is scam, just end up with advertisements calls.
Usually, I love & respect Aldi for their great affordable prices which are better than lots of grocery stores.
However, I was really disappointed when I enter their online survey, & before finishing it, I end up with advertising companies calls, so I quit. Very disappointed ☹️
Get rid of self check outs and add more regular registers
Yall need to have more registers not everyone likes self check outs and many would much rather have a human check the them out. Also the self checkouts are taking peoples jobs.
Three negatives about Aldis.
I started buying from Aldi about a year ago & now buy about 2/3 of my needs from Aldi & 1/3 from Walmart, based on the cheapest price. I've noticed three main differences between the two stores. Aldi's fruit like strawberries & blueberries spoil quicker than Walmart's. Also, Aldi's has far more damaged product on their shelves. Almost every item I look for, whether boxes or cans, has some of that item damaged on the shelf. It doesn't stop me from shopping there, but I have to be more vigilant to avoid damaged product. I also find Aldi's is out of more items that they normally stock than Walmart is.
Not the cheapest store in Town
I really do not know why people rave about Aldi, their prices are not as good as my local grocery store. Today, grapes 1.29 (at shoprite .99) watermelons 4.88
(at shoprite 3.99 digital coupon). Coffee creamer up .30 today. Prices could be better.
Aldis Braddock Hills PA store is…
Aldis Braddock Hills PA store is horrible service. I have never encountered such rude and obnoxious staff as I have had experienced at this store. One cashier named Stacey was so rude to a senior citizen I thought the senior was almost going to cry. This store s staff is horrible and I would urge everyone not to shop there. Go elsewhere.
Tennessee Aldi Store
My neighborhood Aldi in Old Hickory Tn is wonderful! We have shopped in Aldi outlets all over the country and in parts of the UK. The store items are as to be expected in most Aldi markets. What makes the difference here is the people. We have shopped there since it’s opening and know the manager and employees. Many have moved on but several are still there. Friendly, helpful and the store is always clean. Great place to shop.
