Everything I purchase has been a great value and high quality. I use Instacart delivery so I cannot comment on the shopping experience. I must say I ordered 2 days before Christmas and my shopper was so fast and arrived early. Amazing service.

Pinellas Park Store Needs Self-Checkout Lanes

Many days I go in to pick up just a few things and I'm waiting in line (this about the store in Pinellas Park, FL on US 19 near the Mainlands 55+ area) for 20-25 minutes. They should really add self-checkout options as they never have more than 2 registers open at nay time and the other 3 could be self-checkout lanes. They have self-checkout lanes in the 66th Street store in Pinellas Park and it's much easier to checkout with just a few items.

Aldi poor customer service

Poor customer service. I bought a 12V mini compressor, and the gauge didn't work right away. This is extremely dangerous because car tires can be over- or under-inflated. I sent Aldi Contigo eight photos and a video and corresponded over ten times. I was stunned to be told they wouldn't replace or refund the compressor because it had been "misused." Since it didn't work on the first try, that was impossible. The response: Don't buy electrical appliances from Aldi, as they don't respond when something goes wrong.

Aldi Ain’t Worth It

Yeah, it’s cheap, but you get what you pay for. Produce goes bad fast, half the stuff is always out of stock, and good luck finding an employee when you need help. Lines take forever too. Thought I was saving money, but I’m just wasting time.

The prices are better than any grocery…

The prices are better than any grocery stores around us.
The quality of the products are always very good and there is a good variety of products.
Since I retired, I do a lot of the grocery shopping and my first stop is Aldi. My wife has taught me to be a thrifty shopper and Aldi is real convenient for us.
There is an Aldi in almost every town around us.

15 year ago I discovered Aldi

15 year ago I discovered Aldi, I loved their prices, products and double money back guarantee if a product wasn't satisfactory. But that was when they had just a few stores and they cared about their customers and products. Over the years as they expand, their quality of service has dropped their quality of products and prices has changed drastically. I visit many of their locations beforehand just to see if this is happening to all their locations and I hate to admit but it has. Aldi is no longer the best place to shop for prices quality products and services. Your commercial is very misleading to the public. They manager at the stores don't check the products to take out the bad ones they kept stocking, I push my hand in to get some tomatoes and it was disgusting, I spoke to a manager and she said I didn't this is happening so I pull the bad stuff and hand it to her and walk away. Shame on you Aldi.

Aldis is qreat place for bargins and overall quicker shopping.

Aldis is qreat place for bargins and you get them un more ways than one. Seasonal items are marked halfnor less day after. Produce and almost anything to purchase is either cheaper or is at a compatable cost. So u cant beat the prices.the store is alot smaller so it makes things so much easier to grab and after you have shopped there 2 or 3 times . You really hope that everything on your list is there ,so you dont have to go anywhere else. I have noticed eacg year they get more and more items and tons of seasonal items . They have great service and great prices and smallest store usually so time goes by much quicker.although peoples carts are generally fuller. They move fast and the size and the price cant compete . Even with people purchaseing more items because the cost is great . Its an over all quick experience as well. I have always been helped promptly when asked and usually the store worrkers know where things are at . Which is surprising at times . Esepcially because i have asked many workers in bigger grocery stores also selling wholesale prices but not as good of ones , may not have such as easy time pointing you to where tou need or saying weather or not that they carry the product. Ive been told if its not on isle 6 we dont have it . Workers should be able ro show you where things are if they work for that store.also never forget if you are like me and in a hurry or hate grocery shopping or both. You can set a time and date and place your order on line and go pick it up no cost.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I was just about to give my business to Aldis but just found out you scrapped your DEI programs. BYE Aldis. No way I can support a business that doesn't support me, my loved ones or any other POC, women and disabled folks. See ya

Different beliefs

We have been Aldi customers for the last 15 years. We have several grocery stores in Eau Claire, Wi although we tend to favor Aldis.
The last several trips to the store, I had a transgender grocery checkout person. I did not feel comfortable with a male checkout person dressed as a woman; wearing bright pink lipstick, nail polish, fake boobs and a full face of makeup. I will no longer be a customer. Aldis has lost my patronage.

Just found out that Aldi has removed their DEI initiatives in the US. We have shopped at our local Aldi at least weekly for quite awhile. We'll be turning to other local grocery stores that are upholding these values.

Friendly Farms Greek Yogurt

Prior to a couple of weeks ago, Aldi would have automatically gotten five shining stars.

But, one of the reasons Aldi has been my "default" grocery store for many years is my love of their wide variety of reasonably priced Friendly Farms Greek yogurt. They've been out of the individual 5.3 oz containers since late 2024, but, I thought it might have to do with holiday + end of year delivery schedules.

But to my disappointment, I tried again today, 1/13/2025. The 5.3 oz containers are back, but, now sold in packs of four, same flavor each pack, instead of loose. I have my favorite flavors, but I liked the freedom of choosing lots of different individual flavors.

It's death to a product if I like it. 😅 Either it goes away, the formula is changed, or, as in this case, the packaging.

Pricewise, the 4 packs are a few cents less per container than the loose ones, but... I don't care, charge more if you must, but bring back my little individual containers of FF Greek yogurt. 😊
