It took time to find Alderman so when Ms Iqbal accepted my daughters case we were so pleased. My time in business has left me with mixed views on solicitors. Alderman and Ms Iqbal and her staff are a country mile ahead of the rest. The approach, the attention to detail, The understanding of my daughters difficulties, the care, the kindness. Total and continuous communication and update. I could go on but the title says it all. The case went our way and that is all down to Siama, Emily and Danny.. Thank you all.

My case was regarding dental negligence on a bridge and composite bonding several years ago. The damage caused had ensured I had to have more dental work to correct all the work previously undertaken. After having been rejected by a few other solicitors, Siama took on my case and with the help of Emily they managed to achieve a significant settlement. Overall the whole process was fluent, effective and professional and I couldn’t ask for anymore from the team at Alderman.

Siama and Emily were both great in resolving my dental negligence case. They kept in touch regularly and were always clear and concise with any communications. My case was not a straight forward one with my previous dentist having lost old records and such, but the team were great and helped me to get an out of court settlement.

I had two dental implants several years ago but it was subsequently realised that there were issues with them. Finally I required an operation to have them removed and it was then that I contacted Alderman Solicitors.
My contact was Ms Siama Iqbal who methodically collected the evidence and took my statements. I was also sent to see a number of dental experts to add to the evidence. With all this evidence she as able to completely refute the Defendant's defence that the case was either time barred or my own fault.
In the end the Defendant settled out of court with an excellent settlement.

As this was the first time I had dealt with solicitors I was a little nervous and worried but from the first contact with Alderman Solicitors I was advised of the process and then kept fully informed of progress with regular phone calls and mails from Ms Iqbal and her team.

I have no hesitation in recommending Alderman Solicitors and Ms Iqbal in particular to anyone who has suffered from dental malpractice.
