My experience was horrible and a complete scam and deceptive advertising by the company towards its customers. I ordered my dress on July 1st 2025, wrote to them several times, and the package never arrived. After several complaints via WhatsApp and more than 11 emails, I requested a refund and they kept telling me, "Yes, your refund is being processed and you will receive it via the same payment method." After several months of waiting until December 2025, I received nothing, and they forced me to take another dress because they refused to give me a refund. I ordered another dress, and you wouldn't believe the poor quality of it. The threads were clearly visible, and the corset was folded over at the top of the chest. I wrote to them again and sent photos of how they had sewn the dress with plastic thread, and they told me they would fix it and give me a check for $200. To this day, I've lost $400 on a poorly sewn dress that arrived after six months.

Great service, they communicate with you and help you with everything, i had a great experience with them, the dress is perfect and you can see that is handmade because of the quality🥰 (just keep in mind that shipping for these kinds of dresses is quite expensive)

Keep your money in your pockets
The dress does not look like what i ordered, the length of the dress is made for someone who is 8ft tall, there's so much that needs to be cut off. The biggest heartbreak, is that the collar that goes around the neck, the material that sits in your neck has been melted. it's so rough, It feels like its cutting your skin and is impossible to wear without alterations. This broke my heart, as this was for my wedding day. I'm now having to look for another dress.. What a waste of my money!
After my review, they made every effort to get it back to fix it, that i will give them, but the dress Does Not look like what is advertised. Still not impressed..Still have to buy another dress.. I really wasted my money 😩 Never Again!

Hands down the absolute best customer service I’ve ever had! I contacted Albinadyla and spoke to Hana on Instagram with some questions regarding some dresses and they replied within minutes, answered all my questions and made the buying process so easy. If I could give them zero stars I would. My dress arrived later than my event date, which they knew about before me placing the order. I was chasing them up continuously for an update on timing for delivery the week of event and it never arrived on time. When the dress arrived the fit was completely wrong. I returned it immediately and they received the dress 2 months ago. I’m still waiting for a refund 2 months later. I’ve sent continuous emails about when the refund will be processed and I keep getting useless responses. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
