I was contacted by Eriola with customer retention team to have an in depth conversation regarding the shortcomings of my experience. She was very kind and made it clear that her goal was to reconsider my request for resolution. After a caring discussion she displayed empathy for the stress caused and a sincere apology and willingness to make it right. Her goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and she seems sincere. We have agreed on the company affording me the opportunity to return the item for a full refund. I will continue to monitor and update this review once final resolution is reached and refund has been processed according to our agreement.

This horrible narcissistic company RUINED my wedding. I ordered a custom bridal piece from them for my petite curvy measurements and they sent me a generic off the rack piece built for a 6 ft tall 120 lb supermodel. The inseam was 6.5 inches LONGER inseam than my measurements on my order. The waist was 6 inches SMALLER than my order. The feathers were obnoxiously massive-Nothing like photos. All customizations and specifics were ignored. Upcharged modifications were not completed. I could not physically get the piece onto my body. They baited me into giving a second chance for them to "remake" the item properly and then they sent me THE SAME EXACT garmet back but this time with the treat of a $330 FedEx duties charge along with it. I notified them they tried forcing me to go to their NYC showroom THE WEEK BEFORE MY DESTINATION WEDDING to force me to find something else since they refused to allow me to return( I live in freaking Florida-NYC is nowhere near me-they were aware but expected me at my own expense to take off work and fly 4hrs or drive 20+ hours there to look for something different)
They will lie, and gaslight you for months into believing they care dragging things out until you are forced to find an alternative. They leave you on read and making you beg for help day after day. They did this to me up until 10 days before my wedding where I was finally forced to have to go buy a new dress for my wedding with no time left the week of! DIABOLICAL DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR
They refused to refund the trash they sent me for $1750 or the $330 duties bill which has nothing to do with me since they sent me the same exact item back. Claiming a no refund policy on custom orders even though they NEVER sent me a custom piece to my measurements either time.
They are the scum of the earth company they will enjoy ruining the biggest moments of your life while keeping your money. They belong out of business and i will make it my personal mission to direct them to where they deserve after how they ruined my wedding.

Warning: Malicious billing practices and retaliation

I am writing this to warn potential customers about the unscrupulous business practices of Albina Dyla. After receiving a poorly made product and experiencing significant delays with my refund, I was forced to file a dispute with American Express and leave an honest review of my experience.

In what appears to be direct retaliation for my dispute and negative feedback, the company has now attempted to redirect FedEx shipping invoices to me personally—despite their website explicitly promising "Free Shipping and Returns."

I never authorized a contract with FedEx; the merchant is simply attempting to offload their business costs onto me in bad faith because I held them accountable. If you shop here, be prepared for:
• Subpar product quality.
• Extreme difficulty obtaining an "approved" refund.
• Retaliatory billing tactics if you exercise your consumer rights.

Check the reviews here and elsewhere—I am not the only one and positive reviews are likely those of bots. FedEx has been notified of their fraudulent billing behavior. Shop elsewhere.

Well, I still haven’t received my refund even though someone did send me a message via WhatsApp saying that they were gonna give me a refund on Sunday never happened. They are just full of crap so now I will be going through my bank to do a dispute. I honestly been waiting since December for a refund. Still nothing yet.

The worst company

The worst company, terrible quality, terrible costumer service. They scam people, don't buy anything from them. I've been waiting for three months for my money back, but they cheated me and just disappeared. The worst experience of my life.

This team is truly incredible

This team is truly incredible, their attention to detail is truly unmatched. They communicated with me throughout the whole dress making process and actually sent me progress videos to showing the beads being sewn on by hand! All my concerns were met with great results and in the end I was given a dress that fit me perfectly and truly felt like a dream come true. WOW was the word on everyone’s lips! I cannot recommend this brand enough.

I initially bought the dress in a size small, but it turned out to be too big. Customer service assisted me straight away — there was never any delay in responses. They offered some helpful alternatives, but we decided to return the original size, and they custom-fit the second dress for me.

The delivery was absolutely spot on. The quality is 10 out of 10 — very stylish and incredibly comfortable. I was worried it might be too long, but it was so easy to manage.

I wore it to my 40th birthday, and my outfit stole the entire party!

Do not order from Albina, they will just take your money and your dress won’t come in on time as they promised. They screwed me for my brothers wedding and ended up finding something a week before the wedding. Was stressed the entire time! Never ever do this to yourself!

I purchased a dress from this website

I purchased a dress from this website, but unfortunately the quality was very poor and did not match the expectations or product presentation.

For the past 6 months, I have been trying to resolve this issue by contacting customer service through WhatsApp and email. I requested a refund and offered to return the dress, however my messages have been consistently ignored and no resolution has been provided.

This experience has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of communication and customer support. I expected a professional handling of returns and refunds, especially after making multiple attempts to cooperate and return the item.

I hope the company improves its customer service and refund process to avoid similar situations for other customers.

This website is a complete scam. They are very quick to respond to you when you want to place your order. As soon as you order they go radio silent! The quality is terrible. And when you return they do not refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The website says they have a headquarters in New York. But that is complete bullshit. The order comes from India and they do not include tax as part of the price and expect you to cover it out of your own pocket. Do not order!

My dress was finished so quickly and even delivered quickly. Between the creation and delivery process it took 2 weeks! Such amazing turn around time. Also the dress was a show stopper. Everyone was gushing about how amazing my dress was at the event I went to. Customer care was also so amazing and sent me a video during the creation process of my dress.

Top notch service and that’s why I keep coming back!

Customer service is the absolute best

Customer service is the absolute best. I ordered a dress for my daughter that was too little. Upon requesting a refund, they offered me a sore credit for the full amount of the purchased dress plus an extra $200. A couple of weeks later they dropped a new line and my daughter wanted one of those dresses. I reached out to customer service and they handled the exchange process without hesitation. No questions asked. I told them the dress she wanted, they made the dress (with video updates) and shipped it within a 2 week time frame. I couldn’t be more happy with the dress and customer service I received. Thanks again for everything!

Great customer service

I have had a fantastic experience with Albina Dyla. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced, they provide updates about your order, and even send photos and videos of it. Hana in particular was extremely helpful and communicative.

I ended up returning my orders as they were a little too sparkly for my style but I am super happy with their communication and plan to try other dresses from them in the future.
