The shopping experience was excellent…
The shopping experience was excellent and the customer servce was fast and easily accessible. Only negative thing was that they forgot to ship my order and I had to ask if they had sent a month later (also partly my fault because I didn’t ask earlier). In the end the package itself was delivered super fast and the customer service was warm and helpful.

Product (glass) arrived in a perfect state. Costumer service very reactive. Initially I had to wait a few days before I receive the tracking number, which was normal given that package had to be shipped abroad.

NO ONE ANSWERS. THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN CONTACT THEM.
I ordered on 11th of March. Got the confirmation mail (that they took my money and my order has been placed) and ever since, absolutely no information regarding anything whatsoever.
Looked on the website for any kind of phone number but you only find FAX (because in 2021 we use fax).
Sent bunch of emails and I always get this reply "Ciao Alexandra,
grazie per averci contattato, la tua richiesta (58953) è stata ricevuta e viene ora esaminata dal personale dell’assistenza." BUT NO ONE ANSWERS TO ANYTHING. NO EMAILS, NO REPLIES, NOTHING
UPDATE:
In the end they answered and I understood the fact that they are having some internal problems with stocks and communication indeed but promised to change them in the future. Hope they will!
