mother in law and had enjoyed cooking with these products for years. This last order was to equip the kitchen in our weekend house. Unfortunately your offer of Le Creuset products was limited and after placing and paying the orderered products, it turned out that some products were out of stock. The service responded very
quickly by sending the available products and placing the open positions on waiting lists. Unfortunately one product turned out damaged upon the delivery. We were asked to forward a series of photos to document the damage and are presently awaiting the company's response.
