Purchased a pair of golf shoes and started wearing them this golf season (worn less than 15 rounds) and the leather is ripping in the "vamp" area and continuing to separate from the rest of the shoe. I sent two emails with pictures to Royal Albartross Customer Service over a span of a couple of weeks, and no response to either one. Terrible!! Company definitely doesn't stand by their shoes. Given what I paid, I won't even get one season out of them where I typically got 3 or more golf seasons with the previous brand I wore. Terrible workmanship and quality especially since they charge well in excess of $400 CAD for their golf shoes. For what these shoes costs, I will NEVER buy another pair of their golf shoes again!! TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SHOE QUALITY!!

I am so pleased with this purchase! Field Fox arrived very quickly and within two days we were out on the greens. Very comfortable and super stylish! Our second date is this evening for a quick nine holes with girlfriends and I am betting they fall for them too!

The golf shoes are stylish and well made, However, the US sizing is way off. I am a US 7 and I couldn’t even get my foot in the shoe. This is the second pair I had to return due to sizing which is so disappointing because: they charge you to return them and I really liked the style

Great shoes right out of the box, no blisters! I typically go up 1/2 to 1 size in my golf shoes, no need with these gems. I have a wide toe box, narrow heel with a high arch and these fit so well😊Easy exchange and customer service is prompt.

Great looking golf shoe and very comfortable

I order golf shoes to replace my much loved and worn white & blue ones. The new Royal Albartross fit the bill perfectly. They are true to size and are comfortable (although I have yet to wear to play golf).

I’ve purchased a number of shoes and belts from Royal Albatros as well as given them as gifts. In general, the quality has been fantastic, but more importantly, the customer service is nothing you would expect today. The level of customer service and support is something that you remember from companies that used to stand behind their product with pride. As long as this mentality continues, I will be a Royal Albatross Customer!

Order experience was easy. Sizing information was correct (shoes wear a 1/2 size larger). Delivery was timely and correct.
