Alastair Saville have been extremely helpful selling my late mother's house in Maghull. I do not live locally, so Alastair Saville arranged and attended all viewings, and also provided invaluable help when it came to arranging surveys, house clearance etc. All of their staff were kind and helpful, always available, and gave excellent advice throughout. They completely deserve an outstanding five star review.

We have recently exchanged on a property bought through Alastair Saville in Maghull. What should have been a straightforward purchase became rather slow and complicated due to changes required in the lease and differing views between the sellers and buyers solicitors. Throughout the process Ann-Marie and her colleagues worked very hard to push the process along and ensure that progress continued despite the complications. Alastair Saville’s were excellent at communicating progress to us (the buyers) and advising on the next steps in the process. We have no doubt that their efforts made a real difference in getting our purchase “over the line”. We would be very happy to use Alastair Saville for any property sales of our own in the future.

A great family business that we were fortunate to fall across in Maghull square when looking for an agent to sell our late Aunts house. Not the easiest sale due to various outside factors but the AS team managed the process with top professionalism. Very greatful for their knowledge shown throughout and helping us manage this for us as we were remote.

Alistair Saville did a fantastic job selling our daughter’s house in Aintree. They were very professional and did everything they promised. Although Alastair Saville was not acting for us either buying or selling, (they were the agents for our buyer) Anne-Marie has been outstanding in helping several people in the chain, including ourselves. She is very professional, knowledgeable and tenacious and without her support I don't think we would have reached a successful conclusion. She far exceeded the level of service and commitment we received from both our agents and conveyancer. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

I cannot recommend Alastair Saville highly enough! The care, compassion and professionalism shown by every member of the team was amazing! As a family it was a very difficult decision for us all, when after 60 years we knew it was time for mum to move to a safer environment.
