The ordering process was very simple and user-friendly. There was an expected lead time provided at the time of the order but the actual lead time was much shorter. The delivery also went smoothly, and the driver was very efficient and polite when delivering the products. The product itself (the panels) looked amazing and are of high-quality wood and was extremely easy to install with the kit/tack. The only small issue I have with the panels is that they don't absorb/block a lot of sound. The rest I'm very satisfied with and can recommend Akustic Panel to anyone who's looking for high-quality, easy-to-install acoustic panels.

Top product, easy communication, and straightforward installation.

Unfortunately, the website is not optimally translated for the German market especially the instructions.

However, everything is manageable.

The delivery and quality is amazing! Upfront we received a phone call in terms of a date for the delivery. The colour and quality of the panels a fantastic.

First of all, I am very happy with the led strip I ordered. It fits perfectly and easy to cut to the perfect length. The color of the leds could be warmer, the 3000 kelvin is a little bit chilly. The worst part was the delivery time which is way to long for 2025. It took 12 days to arrive at my house. Also the led driver and remote where very overpriced. I ordered it elsewhere for 1/3 of the price.

We ordered two 240cm panels and two end slats. We teceived two 270cm panels and three slats. Not a problem in this case as we anyway planned to trim the panels to a shorter length but if we had planned to install exactly the 240cms I would have sent back as trimming requires tools and some skill to do properly and clean.

Quality is really good, no objections at all. Fully recommend the panel itself. Would buy again.

But, my lord the spam: Received a total of 14 emails in a month comprising ads, multiple invites to review the products, and it even continued after I aggressively vocalized a complain about this spamming behaviour. Guys, get your IT right, it's plain annoying.

First of all: the panels are quite O.K. !
But the delivery is a desaster .
Even after the promised 6 days were over I contacted them and they promised a new date 3 days later. Result: they couldn´t hold it as well.
The packages arrived damaged, and the panels were in the wrong size - luckily they were longer than I ordered and I could cut off the damaged pieces.
As I needed that panels very urgently I accepted the delivery but I wouldn´t buy there again.
By the way - the communication with Sam was very friendly and he replied in a short time, but he could not affect the situation significantly as well.

The shop is nice, easy to oder and quick delivery to Germany.
I ordered only samples to see if it's worth it.
The quality is just OK from my point of view and not comparable to WoodUpp, which is much better.
That's why I gave only 3 of 5 stars.
It depends of course where you place the panels and how nice it needs to look. Price to quality level is also okay. The surface looks like a cheaper print and has no haptic structure like WoodUpp for example.

I ordered 10 Akupanel Walnoot panels, trusting the website's promise that delivery would happen within 2-5 days. They also said I'd get a confirmation and a scheduled delivery date. But none of that actually happened. I had to chase down the company to figure out what was going on with my order. In the end, the delivery was scheduled 14 days after I placed the order—way longer than the 5 days they mention on the site. This feels a bit misleading, and that's why I can't give a full 5 stars. That said, the product itself is great quality.
