Best crypto app ever👏 love it 👍

Total scammers. Lying about everything in the roadmap from the very beginning and Twitter posts are the lowest-level scams. Also, they pay crypto scammers to comment on them on Twitter and cmc. Total cheap behavior. The app is a useless joke, with zero use case, only it steals money via fee.

I am trying to get in touch with them for a week now to support akt.io and to all their phone numbers. The numbers do not even work...once I got through and spoke to an operator with French accent.
I have 4000 EUR in my account blocked. Nobody answers emails / calls to know why my account is unavailable now and how to proceed further to get make use of my funds.
All these aspects indicate they are a scam and there is 0 customer service.
Do not use them.

Everything worked as expected.

Creating an account was relatively quick and worked without much wait.

Depositing money & buying crypto with that money was swift.

Furthermore there are a lot of exciting features and updates coming in the near future like mining, payment cards, stock trading, new App UI. etc.

The APP is getting developed by a young and ambitious time from France and I see great potential and hopefully a bright future.

this company is scammers and money stealers. one of my friend send me 980 euros through sepa transfer. they locked my account , never sent back the funds to my friend and sincce these day they never replied to my emails with accurate imformation. they are stealers. i complainted to the fca uk bank regulator agaisnt them

I have Revolut aswell but think this is much better so far and it has more features to be released in conjunction with the roadmap.
This is definitely the future of banking in my opinion traditional banking is dead in the water.

Worst experience ever, I would not recommand to anyone this app or their coin. It is a complet joke, I did all the KYC verification, deposited some money and then they literally blocked my account. Reached out to them several times, sometimes they responded, sometimes they did not, but always the same answer that they will pass on the message to their technical team. I have waited over a month, reached out to them again, I got the same answer mentioned above.
Also If you look closely to all the good reviews about them, there is a lot of fake reviews.
In conclusion do not use this app they will literally block you after they scam you.

EDIT after they replied to my review:
They are literally lying, I provided all the necessary documents, they even accepted my proof of address, and like I said above, everytime you contact them, they do not find a solution, they just tell you that your case has been transfered to the technical team which is a dead end.

EDIT after their second responde:
I reached out to them, they said that my proof of address is fine, they also told me to try reinstalling the app, to change the internet source of connection, did all of them. Literally did everything they told me, even waited more than a month and still nothing changed. It is clear they just want to scam, coming with all kind of excuses that I did not do that or that which is not true, like I've said before I literally did all they asked and then they said that they are giving my case to the technical team which is a dead end.

I try to make an account without success. The kyc is a pain. Constantly sms to login in case you haven't completed the kyc. Camera keeps saying No document for my ID and the scan isn't manual. Recognise it sometimes for photocopy document, glare etc etc even tho it's the original copy at perfect light conditions. I keep trying for the past 4 hours and now im really pissed so therefore the review. Stuck there and no help. I dont understand why the camera needs to be automatic at detecting even tho it cannot.

Not assignment referrals, zero response from support email and telegram DMs, lower chance to higher bonus and 90% of address confirms has been rejected. instead of getting better every month you get worse.

The most potential future banking services with crystal clear team and immediate communication. Ever since the ico I managed to spoke on phone with representatives that helped me immediately with registration issue.

scammers, unable to withdraw my money, two documents submitted, none of them accepted as proof of address.

I just tested the AKT.IO service backwards. Delighted. A company that delivers what it promises. Amazing app available on Google Play and Apple store. Incredible growth potential with competent and honest people.

You sign up in less than 5 minutes, the KYC verification takes a few tens of minutes. So far everything seems very perfect and surprising until it is time to verify the residence address.
This is because first of all they are exactly slow to verify manually, but then they do NOT accept your bank statement!

For me it is absolutely to fail.
