I got scammed too! Crooks!

This is company is nothing But thieves, I order a Selenite Fire Place Sculpture back in January. I have send 3 emails, always the same excuse blaming covid.
Now I'm going to file a complaint with my bank, hopefully I will get my money back I wish there was something we could do so they don't trick anyone else again. and I give them one star because there is not a ZERO available.

I ordered two Amethyst trees. 1/31/2021 & 2/7/21. $49 each. I emailed the company after 30 days of nothing. I received a response saying due to covid they were short staffed and once its cleared. Ups will deliver. I said I sure hope so. Then on 3/1 3/5 and 3/12 I got same same replies. I emailed again today, pasted both order numbers with a not so happy message. I also noticed the website now says not taking more orders. I feel upset! These were gifts for my moms birthday thats passed and my ill grandmother whom I wanted to cheer up! Now its nearly 3 months and $100 paid for something I haven't received.

Fraudulent company. Never received my Crystal Sculpture for the fireplace. Wrote several emails with no response. Now disputing the credit card charge. Poor

This is a fraudulent company. Please report to your bank asap

I did get a response, but generic to my 2 emails.
Im still praying it comes.

Same story as described below. I ordered on January 10 and have contacted customer service through email many times. The email reassures me that it’s at the dock waiting to be shipped, but here it is the last day of March and it still hasn’t arrived. Major scam

This company is a scam. Do NOT order anything from this company.

Total scam. We have been robbed

I see now that I failed to vet this company properly before purchasing. I was excited to order the fireplace insert for $50, received a confirmation email with tracking, then the tracking link stopped working. Two emails to the company with no response. That was two months ago. I've been robbed.

They are a scam the took over 150 dollars from me and barely any response and when they said they will cancel my order it has been well over two weeks still no money and they have not replied to my email ever since.

It’s been almost 3 months since I ordered. Surprisingly they replied saying it’s been delayed because of Covid, but that was a month ago, smh.

I'm so embarrassed I fell for the scam too. Been waiting 2 months for the fireplace insert I was so excited about. Hopefully someone can find out what is going on

I hate that you have to give 1 star minimum for sh!t scammer sites like Aizzor.
So many people have lost money buying from this company. Zero remorse or conscience from these a$$holes. I saved money to buy things like this for my business and was targeted by a Facebook/Instagram ad for this company.

It doesn't look like any of us could have known that when they were stealing our money back in January.

Paid on 1/15/21 - no product received - no responses to emails.

I ordered 3 fireplace inserts in Jan 2021, no response, no tracking available (says shipped for almost 3 months in “shop app” and website had said processing the whole time) no product! SCAM and down over $150 😞 I HATE people like this!!!!! I want my money back and have started a fraud investigation.

SCAM. No product, no reply to inquiry, and now nothing on the website but they are done with winter promotions.
