SCAMMERS!!!!! TOOK FOREVER, NEVER GOT MY PRODUCT I ORDERED!!!! EVERY TIME I EMAILED, IT WAS COVID FOR THE EXCUSE AND THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND, IT WILL TAKE 14 BUSINESS DAYS, IT HAS BEEN WAY OVER 14 BUSINESS DAYS AND THEY KEEP EMAILING ME THAT SAME EMAIL!!!!!😡

I saw this really cool looking selenite fireplace on Instagram, so I ordered one in January, and nothing... I have emailed them multiple times with no reply. Lesson learned. May KARMA hit them square between they eyes.
I'd give them -5 STARS if I could.

Guess I should have checked the reviews before buying. Also bought something in January and no new updates, and haven't received what I bought as of yet....

I ordered the Protection Tree Feb 06 2021. I have not received it as of April 14. I have emailed them several times & they still say it's getting ready to ship. Time to notify my bank.

Exact same thing happened to me as all the below reviews... ordered the Selenite fireplace in December (4 months ago) and have never received it. I reached out to them multiple times and they just kept reassuring me that "it has shipped" but the tracking number is a fake tracking number.... I just reported the fraud charge to my credit card company to get my money back. I also reported this fake site google as well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I got scammed. They took my money and I received NOTHING!!

Item never received. Got an email from
Alyssa Aizzor Support Team that it was on the way 2 weeks away. Paid in January. Never received the goods and now no communication. DO NOT BUY

They are scammers. I ordered the selentine fireplace in January. We are in April still nothing. They answered my email once stating it was still in the warehouse ready to ship. Delayed due to covid. Now they're not even answering my emails and their website is shutdown stating winter sale is over. Bunch of thieves.

I got scammed on 3 selenite Chrystals from this company.

I ordered and paid for an article back in early February, 2021!!!! Advertisement said 5-7 days delivery within USA!
STILL NOT RECEIVED!
Have contacted CONSUMER AFFAIRS! They have advised company is under investigation!

Ordered The selenite fire place back in January. It’s April and I still have yet to receive it. I have tried contacting the company with no response. They have stolen my money do not order from them.

Same as everyone else here, ordered in January and nothing came. Their website doesn’t look legit now that I went to look at it to contact them. Still no reply from my email either!

I also ordered a selenite fireplace sculpture Jan 2021 that never came also.

I also ordered back in January fireplace insert still have not recieved it and now it is April Scam and tried to contact them unable to and my credit card company dispute filed but they aren't giving me my money back either SCAM really upset as I am elderly and disabled and on fixed income

Of course...another scamming business! I'm so pissed off! These scammers need to be caught!! I keep saying I'm done with online buying but I keep on trusting people! Ughhhhh!!

My mum ordered a Selenite Fire Place Sculpture back in January.
