Fantastic experience with purchasing the air tumble mat although hasn't been used yet. On a Sunday morning within a couple of hours of ordering had a phone call from the company just to let me know that the thickness of the mat may be different than others. Also confirmed that the delivery would be a few days which they kept to. Great service.

We are yet to look at the actual track but as a company they are fantastic.we missed the delivery twice and they called up to try and arrange everything so we would recieve the track. They checked that it has been safely delivered. 5 star company!!!

I bought this tumble track for my daughter’s birthday. From start to finish I had no issues with my purchase or delivery. I asked to be updated with my order and when it would be delivered so that someone would be home. I was called and notified that my order was being processed and it came when they said it would. Excellent customer service and support. I would definitely recommend and will be using this company again in future.

Great Air Track! Amazing Customer Service
I purchased a 5m air track for my daughters birthday. It is excellent quality and exactly what I wanted. I wasn't sure what length to get at first but I was really pleased with my choice. 5m is approx 4 cartwheels long for my 8 year old. So perfect for stringing together a series of different tumbling tricks.
Ben provides amazing customer service. I purchased a month before her birthday and totally forgot that the instructions had been emailed to me. I sent him an email with a few queries and he phoned straight away even though it was bright and early in the morning!
I would definitely recommend AirTumble to any of her gymnastic/cheerleading friends.
