Under the very efficient and friendly leadership of Lenny, the Airtech team came up with an excellent solution to the Airconditioning challenges we presented them with. Lenny in particular is to be highly commended for his endless patience and good humour in dealing with us!

Airtech were well organised, prepared, arrived on time and didn’t waste any getting on with it. They did a very neat job, were careful and respectful of our property as the a/c unit was installed in our master bedroom.
I would highly recommend them as they really helped us through the whole process from selection of equipment to commissioning.

I contacted Airtech asking for help on information after searching online for advice on a possible purchase of a portable air conditioning unit.
I spoke with Hannah and Phillip.
Both very helpful.
The aircon unit was for a elderly frail relative in a care home who needed this urgently.
After a discussion and him understanding the predicament in needing this urgently Phillip kindly arranged for this to be driven direct to the care home which was over 2 hours away.
Whilst we paid for this delivery service he was extremely helpful in understanding the situation in helping get this to my mother within a few hours of us speaking,
This could possibly be a lifesaver for her because of her fragility and struggling in the current heat wave.
The driver was also kindly in the care home setting this up for her by the time we arrived.
After a call to Phillip to thank him and ask about a “Flynet” for the window frame I was sent a kind message saying this had been sorted and is on its way to us.
I feel that in a time of poor customer service from many company’s that Phillip went out of his way to help and listen to the predicament and need.
His help in assisting promptly was very efficient and effective to assist our relative for which we would recommend on and use again if needed despite the distance.Many thanks

Ollie From Airtech is a very polite gentleman from start to finish.
I needed my hose on the back of my air con unit to be fixed & Ollie came to visit in good time.
Ollie was very understanding & friendly to talk to, he not only fixed my air con but took his time to help me with any other questions about my air con.
I asked about why I can hear water in air con & Ollie explained it to me & advised me what temperature settings I should use.

I have had air-conditioning installed in my home in London by Airtech and from start to finish they were absolutely brilliant. Simon was fantastic when he did the initial survey and the quality of work by Bernie was second to none. I asked Airtech to return and add an additional unit because the units requested were so good. Keiran was part of this second installation and he was brilliant too!

The plan was for cooling in summer but the units are also efficient at heating over winter.

We recently engaged with Airtech, to replace our packaged air handling unit at our Car Dealership in Southampton. The service and support from the quoting stage through the delivery / install and aftercare has been exemplary and I would have no hesitation using Airtech for similar projects in the future.

Installers (Bernie & Kieran) answered all our questions & came up with some good ideas & options during Installation & always double checked with us before cutting holes!! very professional & friendly. All overseen by Simon (Contracts Engineer) who was on the project at every step of the way, Overall a great experience & I would thoroughly recommend.

Thank you to Ollie who went above and beyond on Wednesday to make sure my air conditioning was ready for the summer. He took apart the unit and took all the components outside to be cleaned. The engineer was also early and made sure his working area was clean and tidy. I have requested that he comes again to do my yearly service. Thank you Airtech for the great service.

Avoid an engineer called FRANK at all costs!!! Frank very unhelpfully changed all our setting when he was servicing our air conditioning unit!!! We have never used it to heat any rooms and only use it during the summer to cool! Of course the heat wave arrives in London and my system is pumping out even more HOT air!!! Does anyone bother to help me when I call and after I've done a PhD service into the system do I manage to resolve with one of the helpful engineers!

Never gave a quotation after visit and survey and a number of chases. Most disappointing.

A great experience from start to end; from thinking, design, discussions and then implementation. Would recommend that everyone also puts in place electricity use measures too as the use is lower than expected, the performance better than planned and the pay-back much faster than any calculations or guesses. Superb......

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with Airtech, the company I engaged to address issues with my heat pump system. Despite incurring expenses exceeding GBP 10,000, their services have proven to be utterly ineffective and unsatisfactory. Each time Airtech attempted to rectify the problem, the repairs provided nothing more than temporary solutions, with the system malfunctioning again within a week or so. This recurrent pattern of failed fixes has left me frustrated and disappointed. Their lack of professionalism and failure to communicate only exacerbate the situation. I strongly caution others against utilizing Airtech's services, as they have proven to be incapable of delivering a functional and reliable heat pump system.

We employed this company in June 2014 on a maintenance plan when our previous maintenance engineering company retired to the Costa Brava. We had had a happy relationship with them and their predecessor for 30 years. At the outset, Airtech was both friendly and efficient but as time went by the standard of service declined more and more. There was no problem with the basic maintenance of the air conditioning and condensers but they were supposed to maintain a complex gallery BMS and humidification system near National Gallery of Art standard. This also included control cabinets, toilet plumbing, and boiler visit as well as related pumps, etc. As the years went by Airtech found excuses for excluding certain parts of their contract (such as the sump pumps) and then put our heating boiler out of service and refused to repair it after they had deliberately damaged the ignitor. They claimed that it did not conform to current standards (it is a Poterton). We had to call a specialist boiler maintenance company who said that their claims were total nonsense and who restored service. Latterly our electronic BMS Steffa controller expired after thirty years of service and upon their advice, they installed a Honeywell which has failed repeatedly at 6 monthly intervals. In order to reboot it they have attempted to charge on two occasions £460 whereas this was always covered under the original service contract, along with the sump pumps and the boiler maintenance. In short, they shed responsibility for half the contract while charging the same price and failing to provide a proper service. We have no complaints about their servicing of their air conditioning but we would warn any prospective client that they cannot be relied upon to honor the commitments that they signed up for.
