Dear. Mr Youssef,

We are sorry, when somebody broke the rulers during the rental in and drove with the car to Slovakia without our permission, then you have to pay extra administration fees (penalty).
Our staff asked you few times during picking up the car same information office asked you during the reservation process and you lied, because you want to save some.money for crossing the border fees.

We don't need to scam our customers and when somebody expect correct and fair service then he need to be correct as well.

Next time if you want to save some money don't lie and don't brake rulers which are in rental contract.
That will be a cheapiest option and you don't need to cry in google.maps or trust pilot how (dis)honest company charge from you penalty.

WARNING

WARNING! Dishonest Car Rental with Hidden Fees and Misleading Information.

I want to warn anyone considering renting a car from Airport Vienna Car Rental. My experience was extremely negative, and I believe this company deliberately misleads its customers.

False Location: The company's website gives the impression that they are located at Vienna Airport, but this is a complete lie. The address on their map is just a public parking area at the airport. To pick up the car, you have to travel 25 kilometers away to an industrial area. This is not only inconvenient but also a major deception.

Hidden Fees: Despite returning the car in perfect condition and without any issues, the company refused to refund my full deposit. They claimed they had to deduct invented "bank fees" and "administration fees," which were not mentioned in the contract. This is a dishonest way to profit from customer deposits.

Suspiciously High Rating: The company has a suspiciously high average rating online. Based on my experience and their lack of honesty, these reviews cannot be legitimate. I strongly suspect they are either fake or purchased.
I absolutely cannot recommend this company. Choose another, more reliable company for your car rental in Vienna. I feel scammed and frustrated by how they handled me and my complaint.

Why you didn't wrote how do you drove cross the Austria how did you enjoy your trip with our band new car,
Why you didn't wrote nobody try to scam you for the fake scratches or fake penalties ....

Now to you review:

It is pretty funny to see how you travel 25 km for picking up the car.
Another cca 15 000 customers picked up and return the car in Vienna airport.

But probably you were a special customer wiht wrong GPS navigation.
We are happy and suprised how did you came to the airport then.

Yes that is true your car was returned in perfect contition, in better condition like we received from the dealer.

Thank you for letting us know how to we improve our service ...

Aaaah yes you had to pay 35€ administration fees that is reason why you make this fake review.
That is werydad when customers are looking just for price but not for value of outstanding service from the company.

We have some advice for you:
Next time you can take bus or another company who will gladly charge you 1000€ for fake scratch.
Maybe then you will compare service what did you received.

Good service from a local independent operator.

It was not the car hire company's fault that I was unable to visit Austria, but they refunded me - the consideration and understanding shown by a local independent business that you would be unlikely to find at the major hire companies.
