Overall excellent service. Booking was simple and they tracked the flights. The driver reached out the day before each journey which put our minds at ease. When we landed in Preveza the driver was just outside arrivals to great us. He spoke excellent English and taught us a few words of Greek on the journey. He also recommended some restaurants and activities in the area.

The return journey was similarly comfortable. The driver was exactly on time and very professional throughout.

Clear and proactive communication of the driver telling me exactly where to meet at the airport. On the way back from the hotel to the airport I was also informed about a short delay. Everything was perfectly fine. On the way to the hotel, the car wasn’t in a very good condition as two seatbelts didn’t work, but we had enough seats to chose other ones

30 minutes late. Booked and paid two weeks in advance to avoid delays. Vehicle did not had the kids booster seat even ready. We saw the eclipse that the kids were so excited for, from a car back seat. The payment is not the problem, their dissapointment is. In professional services an half an hour delay is not justified. Luxury van paid and booked needs to be waiting for the client, not the other way around.
