I’ve given five stars has the process of booking our parking space for our next trip was plain and simple but regards to leaving the car at the airport will be another matter and I will review that at a later date. Price was pretty good as well.

Great service from CSL park and ride. Have used them twice in the last month. Their communication is good and you do not have to wait long for the transfers to and from the parking and the airport. Would 100% recommend.

Very easy to book, good price & simple to amend - I typed in an incorrect letter on my car reg and updated it quickly without any issues.

Just wanted to thank you for the best meet and greet service we've had for many years at Heathrow having tried a number of different providers.

Pricing was very competitive and comms were superb. Best of all there was a driver already there to collect the vehicle and on return we only had to wait a couple of minutes. This compares much better to a very poor experience with another provider in March where we were waiting for 45 minutes on arrival back to Heathrow!

Very close to the airport so a short walk to the terminal . The team very very busy on arrival after we called to find out if we need to go into the correct car park . They were efficient and friendly and the process was easy . We called on return arrival and our car was ready to depart when we got to level 3 to make our way home . Very pleased overall

Easy to use website. This is my 3rd time of using airport park with bus and each time it has been a good experience.

Have used them before when flying from Stanstead. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. It's easy, quick and simple to book. Prices are very competitive. The guys are friendly, couldn't be more helpful and you can rely on them to deliver.

Unfortunately we had a 50 minute wait to be collected due to traffic around Heathrow.

staff were helpful and friendly, the only reason for the 3 stars is that my car did 33 miles in the week I was abroad with no explanation

We had no issues using this company, they collected the car on time and arrived in a reasonable amount of time when we landed..i would definately use again!

We booked with Airport park with us last summer. Drop off and pick up was easier and the best price around. So good we booked again this year!

Easy and affordable booking was about the only good thing. We accidentally booked for a day early at Luton, and tried to amend online. Website directed us to call the company so we did, were informed we would be able to just turn up no issues. They were explicitly asked if we would be charged, we were told no and to just turn up. We turn up, are told we will be charged £20 and the manager cannot understand why we were told that we wouldn’t. We booked this due to having an approx 5 min wait per shuttle rather than the 20 min alternative but upon parking and walking back up as directed, were told they didn’t realise we were walking back so had send the shuttle (despite just being told to walk back up?) resulting in a 20 min wait for a shuttle. Staff were dismissive and not very helpful and my partner emailed to complain due to the false information given on the phone as directed by the manager, only to be completely ignored. Will use somewhere else next time.

Prompt service and never had to wait long for the pickup. I have now used the site several times for trips from Dec 2025 to Jun 2026

Easy enough to do but would be more tansparent to see the booking fee and the driver exit fees incorporated in the price.
