Very bad customer experience with…

Very bad customer experience with highly inflexible staff that will not support you properly other than redirect you to online services.I would highly recommend to try a different bank - digital directly, don’t understand why they still have staff working as they send customers continuously links to self service

Terrible, avoid at all costs!,,,

I’ve had this card for 3 months and have had to call them about their mistakes 4 times already. I paid the full balance on the day I received the invoice and a month later they are still saying they haven’t received my payment. They now want to charge me for a missed payment even after they realised that the payment was made. They are also only available to take calls from Monday to Friday (8-5). What big company in this day and age are only able to help their customers from Monday to Friday?

Unreliable!

Airplus is happy to take pre-payment for a full year of service for their credit card, but then just decide to stop the service with just 2 months notice, not honouring the full contract lengths.
What is worse, that also means that all the insurance services that come with the card stop. So if you buy a holiday with the card to be able to use its travel insurance protection, you just lost that.
Never ever again!

Stops services and not trustworthy

Absolute crap and not trustworthy at all. Say they will stop services in 2 months (which is ready a shame,and sufficient to get the lowest experience score) but in reality services are already not working weeks before you get the email to notify you about this news. I paid a yearly fee but don't get services for 12 months. However that is not their problem, and no partial refund whatsoever.
Technology-wise (and thus security) I wouldn't chore them more than average, which for a company handling financial data is just not enough.
Help desk responds slow and not in the language you select on the phone.
