Like many others on here, I have had an appalling experience with the unit and the company. Firstly, on filling with water it leaked everywhere. The so called silent motor isn't. But most importantly, it does not cool - it acts just like a normal fan, recycling the air. I've complained and they asked for photos and a video of the leak - which I supplied and they have not acted on. I have chased several times and finally today I was offered a 25% refund. Which I refused. They then came back with a 45% offer - and I can keep the unit! I've refused this too and demanded a full refund. It's a complete con. Avoid at all costs.

On both conversations with lady she has been most pleasant and helpful.

The product is defective and needs to be returned.

Overpriced, shipping and delivery took weeks. It’s just a fan with some filters that get wet. Do not buy.

The company uses false advertising to imply that you are getting and air conditioning unit with cooling coils etc. but it’s just a tiny fan you put ice or water in £15 on Amazon yet they charge £65 upwards. They ignored all my emails to cancel the order (as I realised my mistake very quickly ) then miraculously once it had shipped they received my email and said it’s fine once I’ve got it I can just return it at my cost and get a refund. Shocking poor! Avoid at all costs!

I discovered soon after ordering that my original order had somehow been increased . Tried to cancel the order but was told that I couldn’t as the order had been dispatched. I now have a total of 5 units and having tried one found it was not as described and did not cool the room in the slightest - the water tank leaked. I was assured that I could get a full refund but so far have only had automatic emails. Very frustrating and unacceptable customer support

Never received mine they charged me twice I contacted them they were so helpful ha ha even asked me to write a review on trust pilot I said I would once I had received it. Still waiting guess that means it was a scam

Scammers awful product is just a glorified cheap fan.Asked for refund was offered £60.92 back ...still waiting for the refund AVOID AT ALL COSTS TOTAL JOKE

Terrible misrepresentation of product. Nothing like the ad and in fact much smaller than the size shown in the ad. Barely does anything at all. This is a scam. Paid around £80 and then discovered that Amazon was selling the same for around £12 with guess what? Bad reviews. Can’t believe this company hasn’t been stopped in its tracks. Pursuing refund via my bank because they were too slow dealing with me.

Customer services were very helpful and informative. The products I’m not happy with. Light a flimsy could easily be knocked over. . Also main issue is quite noisy

You will see that there is a pattern to the reviews here. Please avoid this company at all costs. The fans do not contain a cooling element, they contain wet cardboard and are not safe to use. You will note that there is no branding and no safety mark. After ordering one fan they ended up sending two and warranty without authorisation. Thankfully used PayPal who have refunded the extra fan and warranty. Although they offer a 30 day money back guarantee customer services will only offer 25% refund on the original fan, but hey,I dont need to send it back. This was a month ago and shock horror no refund has been received. This company should be blacklisted and I understand Banks will give you a warning before parting with your money. Do not fall for this please. Trading standards are investigating.

SCAM SITE. Avoid like the plague. Join the Facebook group if you've had the misfortune to lose money from this company. Also don't use the fans as they have no safety mark and others report they are dangerous.

I purchased 4 of these coolers and when they arrived I added water as per instructions, the water started to pour out from the bottom of the cooler. They look cheap and not as they are advertised. They requested photos which I sent and then agreed a refund, but have not heard anything since. I have tried to email but nothing.

Having been duped by the company’s description of the air cooler’s construction and performance I got drawn into ordering a second unit whilst at the same time as ordering a single unit. What happened is that instead of replacing the order of one with an order for two I’ve ended up three units. So, I emailed them on their email address and guess what, rejected on the grounds that the email address was invalid! Well we’ll, what a surprise - I checked out the company and what came up was eye opening - they have been ‘investigated’ on several occasions and, even though I have received all sorts of sales pitches from a variety of people the company, apparently, they only have one employee! So, my advice if you want to buy an overpriced piece of rubbish then this is for you, BUT, if you want to avoid the angst of receiving an expensive item that is clearly worth no more than a tenth of the price paid and being unable to contact the supplier then DON’T buy it. It’s a con!! If the supplier reads this perhaps he can do the right thing and refund me.

This is a total scam they charge and add on more quantity than you order including extra for warranty.
The unit is nothing like the description on advert in fact Amazon sell the same for less than £20
As this is useless as an air cooler if you put diffuser fluid instead of water it does make a good air freshener which is the best of a bad job.

I would not buy anything from this company I have been waiting for 15 days for my item. The email back have been good by Victoria but unfortunately she has been unable to track my item. I have requested so many times to cancel the order but the company is refusing to do it as they have asked me to be patient. Im sorry but with the weather like this I cant wait anymore.
Please order from some other place because its shocking waiting this long.

The product does not do what they market as doing. It is a weak fan and not an airconditioner

The product doesn’t warrant a one star rating. This is a sub standard unit made of flimsy plastic and paper. It claims to cool down small rooms instantly. This is not so. It works by a small noisy fan pushing air through wet fins of blotting paper. The higher speed you go the noisier the fan gets and even the lowest setting is intolerably noisy. Filling the so called water tank is a joke. There isn’t a concealed unit and it is easy to overspill water as the measurements at the side are not clearly visible. Overall performance is extremely bad, considering the advertised claims the unit doesn’t meet at all. Shoddy cheap product that should be removed totally from sales taking advantage of our heat wave in the UK. The claims they make are totally false and misleading. A normal desk fan works better than this rubbish product and be warned that in theory it costs around £44 from the manufacturer, so if you paid more, you paid for the marketeers racket. The 30 day satisfaction guarantee is a load of lies. It has taken 15 emails to the company to apply for the refund, and they still will leave you in the dark and not pay out. I had to open a Resolution Complaint with PayPal - hopefully this will resolve the issue finally.
