Poor business practices, scammers

I have been unable to return the items I purchased. Messages have gone unanswered and a refusal to provide the address for refund.

Mafalda Handmade created the originals this company ripped off.

I haven't and will not be buying from this company, as they have copied exactly Mafalda's designs - which ARE originally Mafalda's. Take a look at Mafalda Handmade and you'll see a stark difference in price. This is because they make their shoes ethically, paying fair wages to those making them. They make limited runs and they are beautifully crafted. This company are clearly deceitful and are producing waste.

Never purchase from Aineela

I ordered a pair of shoes from Aimeela, they took over a month to be delivered and arrived in a battered box and the quality of the shoes were dreadful! Not a good fit either! They won’t allow me to return them and have ignored all my emails!

Please don't order from this site

Please don't order from this site. The pictures of the shoes are not the same as what you will get. I tried ordering 2 pairs and both had this issue. It is very deceitful and to return the item for a full refund seems impossible.

Don’t waste your money

This company is obviously using another company’s marketing photos and sending you cheap knock off shoes.
It took me 3 days of emails to finally get a North American address to return shoes - different colour, lower heel size, upper part of shoe feels and looks like ‘croc’ shoe material. Then they want to give you credit (don’t fall for that as it will never appear), reduced cost - 30% of less instead of giving you full address.
Now let’s see if i get my refund when the tracking number states the pkge was received. If I do not within a 2-3 week interval, I will start a complaint with paypal. They will get you a full refund.

This company is using another company's…

This company is using another company's marketing and producing copies that do not match what is advertised. I received shoes that were a different colour, had a different heel, sole and stitching and they told me it was correct. They offered a 30% refund, eventually increasing that to 70%, with no refund of shipping. Don't buy their products, even though their pictures look good, it's likely not what you will get. They offered a full refund if I returned the shoes at my cost. I’ve done that many times with others but that was because the item was as ordered. In this case the shoes are not what I ordered.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Shoes are extremely poor quality and sizing is all over the place. So sorry I didn't look at the reviews here before wasting my money. AVOID.

When I asked to return them, they asked me if I'd keep them for a marginal discount. They were utter tat and useless to me. Made it very difficult to return them and I haven't bothered which is what they want.

Utter garbage

Utter garbage. Posing as a high end shoe manufacturer but yet another low quality company producing poorly made shoes. I wore mine for a few hours and the stitching has come away. Load of rubbish - DO NOT BUY!

This store is a massive scam

This store is a massive scam. Do not use. Shoes do arrive but the quality is akin to materials you would find on fairground toys. Then due to shipping costs they offer a partial refund which you would be mad not to take as the return cost are huge.
I was so mad at myself. Do not be me!

Would give zero stars if that was possible.
