This company is a complete scam. Do not order from them.
I would give them a rating of minus 100 if it were possible.
They work together with another unreliable delivery company called EcoScooting. I paid 52€ for my order and never received the package or a proper refund.
Their partner repeatedly claimed that the package was delivered and that I refused it, which is completely false. I was at home the entire time, and no one ever came to my door. No delivery attempt was made.
After a long dispute, they offered me only €11.98 refund out of €52 which is unacceptable.
Avoid this company at all costs. Total scam.

Terrible quality awful customer service
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from AIMEELA. Never again! Two pairs finally arrived and I thought it was a joke! They look nothing like the photos online. The heels were a different size and they were so poorly made the sticky vinyl was peeling off. Absolutely awful quality they look like a child made them! I contacted them for a refund and an address to send them back and have had no response. What a waste of money! They are only good for the bin.

One star because they actually arrived, and the color looked like the picture. Other than that, the quality was poor and the size of the shoe was way off. Size said 42 but the shoe was at least three sizes too small. Didn’t even try returning them to Europe, will just donate them.

Do not order from here!! I’ve had TWO issues. I’ve been trying to send back two pairs of shoes for months now. 1 just wasn’t true to its size and the other I was sent and charged twice for. They will not refund me fully or just send a shipping label. Why is it that the consumer should suffer and pay for it? This is poor business and poor practice. I am extremely disappointed. They have not responded to me yet on getting a full refund and therefore I am now writing poor reviews on them (and also warned them).

After multiple attempts to get my refund due to damaged product and having cancelled the rest of my order, they still won't provide the refund! I've copied and pasted their email: "We regret to inform you that we’re currently unable to process your refund, as our system shows the refund attempt was unsuccessful. We’re also waiting for the final review decision. As it is under review by bank and the transaction is on hold, the refund could not be processed as promised."
I've never ever had any problems with getting credits applied for over 20 years! Obviously, this company doesn't want to do the right thing and return my money to me!
Beware - do not trust AIMEELA to provide quality product or to return your money to you!!!
The credit card company has told me more than once NOT TO CLOSE THE CASE and that it is often a tactic of unscrupulous companies who try to get you to close your account, which in the end only makes it harder for you to get your money back.
