Is it a genuine webservice?

Since a week, I am trying to contact this webservice ai.photta.app. I have placed over three consecutive days 3 messages on their support bot, with no response, not event automated.
Thereafter I sent two emails to the support email provided, no response at all, not even automated.

Now I wonder whether it is a genuine webpage. In the FAQ section they say they have average response time of 24h.

What makes me wonder is that mandatory customer credentials in the footer of the page are missing, and that I am receiving ZERO response to my messages and email.
Has anyone experienced similar?
